The attitude of the people in the service dept is horrible. They are very rude and they will lie about fixing your car to keep you coming back for the same issue. After the third time(if you're lucky), they will say it's xxx amount of dollars, you need a new car! They do not do the full inspection but will lie and say they did. When you leave this place, you better check under your hood. They don't care about the customers at all.

Be prepared when you arrive. Know the MSRP and don't let them con you into $10k of low cost dealer mark-ups. Call or email and for an out the door price. Hold them to it. I called ahead and they sent me the MSRP detailed with tax, and registration costs. When I arrived the price was $10k more! I told them I as driving 6 hrs away and they tried to con me. Kia's sales strategy is all bait and switch. Don't be afraid to make demands and walk away. They will meet you at the appropriate MSRP if you play hard ball. You are in control. Act like it. Don't let them manipulate you, especially when you get to financing. They are not your friend and don't represent your best interest. They make money on wArranties and financing too. DO NOT opt for an expensive service warranty. I did, and regret it. It's $$$$ plus financing. Say No! Unfortunately, this is the Kia business model. You don't owe them anything. They are manipulative sales people. Be prepared and only pay a fair price.

UPDATE: Christine is by far amazing! Customer Service isn't for everybody. Yet, she makes it look easy and her upbeat energy is a fresh breath of air. Even though my interaction with Olga was still not welcoming. Christine and the parts manager who greeted me after were phenomenal! I'm so appreciative of Christine and KIA for getting me in and out. Especially, last minute. Thank you! YOU'RE THE BEST, Christine!UPDATE: The GM contacted me and rectified the situation. He truly does care. If you have an issue I'd speak with him. I'll update fully once I receive service again.I always try to handle things in-house, but the service manager, Chris, should manage something other than a department by himself. The current reviews display this as a fact. When you're not willing to lead appropriately, move with integrity, or conduct yourself in a manner that represents your company positively. What is your staff inclined to follow if you're the example instead of setting the example? Because Chris/Olga could care less about customer service, yet you need the customers to pay for the services that sustain your paycheck. This dealership also has a bad habit of not disclosing accurate prices or information, doing the wrong service, leaving their trash in your vehicle, and lengthy 3/4 hr wait times just for an oil change. Their sales representatives will lie to try and refinance you even after you ask them if that's their intention. Higher-ups do not return phone calls. I've requested to speak to the GM 3X. Not to mention, they'll change their policies without giving you proper notice-- while not wanting to adhere to their prior procedures mentioned when making the said appointment. Then, once Chris finally agreed after making me jump through several hoops. They still did not disclose a portion I was responsible for paying, even though I asked Chris on the phone. I also called the day before to ensure I needed nothing else. Now, once again-- I'm taken by surprise and unprepared for something even after doing my due diligence every time. I asked to speak to the service manager. I explained everything to him again, and he responded, very irritated, that it was their policy. He's not paying for it, which I never asked. The point I was trying to make was that I didn't have it, so how am I supposed to leave w/Hertz and my two special needs children? When I cannot complete the transaction on a credit card. I was also frustrated that Olga literally only told me this once the car was at the dealership for us to leave. So, I had no time to figure anything out due to Chris not telling me when I asked him or when I called the day prior. He said, you know what? Take your car. I'm not servicing your vehicle. Get out of here. I asked to speak to the GM, nope. They canceled it. They did not offer any solutions, such as rescheduling or anything. I asked them not to cancel it while I tried to contact corporate for resolutions because this was ridiculous. Oh no, Olga was ready and smiling to cancel. It is not fair to hinder completing my warranty work that is being done by another business. Afterward, he was even nastier by not answering my questions. He eventually claimed that I yelled at him, and that's why. When that never occurred. He just didn't like that once again. I was holding this location accountable for yet another one of their screw-ups. If I were a man, he would have handled it completely differently. They can address things without being patronized as a complainer. Initially, Chris even tried to hinder sending my stuff to another dealership. Would he have tried that with a grown man? I doubt it. Well, he changed his temp after I called corporate, and they told me that he could send it to another dealership. Once I told Chris that he said -- he would, but there's no guarantee (blank) would do the job. He was trying to intimidate me by letting me know he knew the manager over there. Thankfully, after I called and spoke with the other manager, he reminded me of

It was a wait because it’s busy on a Saturday and only one person was working the back service desk. But after I was helped (scheduled for a recall) things were very smooth. He let me know long it would be. Offered me a shuttle service to & from within city limits (free). Had a big selection of beverages while waiting. Kept me up to date as device was being done & they gave me a complimentary car wash!!! The customer service is lovely and I can see WHY there are so many KiA Drivers in my town! Thanks, KIA(Oh! The complimentary walk out with the talk through of an easy-to-read inspection sheet was THE CHERRY ON TOP!)

A nice place with nice people who try their best to make a deal. My personal experience wasn’t perfect. Don’t expect their salesman named Andrew to shake your hand if you don’t sign a deal on a brand new car you never wanted. Chris Flowers is a great guy however.

We just leased a new Kia with Jenkins of Gainesville and are very pleased with their service. We had a couple of hiccups along the way but the Jenkins team headed by GM, Antonio Carranza pulled together and came out shining. They were able to provide all docs online, as we were in Massachusetts at the time. We wanted to be able to take care of everything and then pick up the car as part of a road trip, on a certain date.On that date they had the car spotless, sitting in a showroom all by itself (somewhat coincidence as that is a new showroom and not in use just yet), and with the windows tinted too. They quickly pulled the car outside and off we went; 15 minutes or less. An excellent experience from our perspective.

10/10 Don't recommend. I had my car go into service. They told me if I hadn't heard any information by a certain day to call back, so that's what I did. The lady on the phone had an attitude the whole time. I had asked about getting a rental because I've been out without a car for days now and she gave me a number. I called the number an they told me they don't do rentals, so I called the lady again and told her. She told me that I didn't call the number right and that the people do rentals and proceeded to argue with me when I told her they didn't. Still waiting on information on my vehicle.

Kasey at the service center was super helpful and made our first service on our new Kia Sportage effortless. Thanks to the techs who did the service work. I would have given a 5 star review but we tried to buy our Kia through Jenkins and the sales Dept was terrible. We bought three Kia’s. One for each of our kids and one for us and none from Jenkins because of our experience with them. Thankful that the Service Dept is so mush better than the Sales Dept.

Oil change with appointment took 3 hours. No discount offered for inconvenience. Employees are nice but management must be inept. Also, there is no way they're not paying for fake star-only reviews. Scroll through the most recent reviews if you want a more accurate picture of the type of service you'll receive.

My experience here has been terrible. They lie and try to get over you even reported my vehicle stolen how can I still a vehicle when it’s registered and has insurance. There’s lot more to story but this place is ridiculous already in process of being sued. The manager Isaac.has a nasty rude character about him his attitude was a disgrace. Just overall a bad car lot.

Easiest car buying/leasing experience ever. We first spoke with Chris who was great and connected us with our extremely knowledgeable and capable sales representative, Alex. We were able to quickly and easily secure a 2023 Stinger via text and phone calls on a work day then go up in the evening to sign paperwork. Christine, the finance manager, is a true gem. Extremely experienced in her field, kind, and very easy to work with. Wish I could give 10 stars! Huge thanks to the Jenkins Kia Gainesville team for a dream experience start to finish!

I am an idiot and not worth listening to if I have an opinion about my financing. Alex has been financing cars for 8 years now so shut up and pay what I say or go buy your car somewhere else, which I did. Especially since I never heard back from good ol Alex about my loan or the amount of the loan after it was supposedly sent to the bank for my final numbers. I tried to get that special car I really liked but I was NOT gonna be taken to the bank sort of speak for any car on a used car lot. There was a $17000 car, I wanted to put $3000 down which makes it a $14000 car, they throw $3000 in fees and sales tax and we are back to financing $17000. That will be 260 a month for 84 months which equals $21,840 out of pocket if I pay for 84 months. Add my $3000 down and I just paid roughly $24840 for a 17000 car? They were so nice and courteous until I questioned paying 7000 more. I thought the figures were off. I thought there was a mistake. There was, me choosing this dealership in the first place. I was driving home and bam, the same car a year older with 10k less miles on the side of the road in front of a house with a for sale sign on it. I called my bank, got the payment I wanted, 248 for 72 months and oh ya, that car was $16900. 100 less than the car on the Jenkins lot. $18856 for almost the same car. My banks interest rate 9/10ths higher than Jenkins quoted me. They may have a reply to my long ass message I posted. It would only be to justify themselves but they are the typical car lot that everyone dreads. Con artists who only care about their bottom line. I really wanted that car but in the end I came out better off. Thank you Jenkins Kia of Gainesville.

This dealership is TRASH. The service department is a complete joke and will gaslight you. I had a online appt booked via their website and was told once I arrived that they would try to help me but I shouldn't book at 3:00pm because they close at 4:00pm. I ask why their website would give me a 3pm appt if that wasn't available and was told "well, I'm helping you to understand". Are you serious Kia Gainesville?!? I do understand and took all the correct and ADULT steps to booking my service and then to be met with rude customer service masked as "help". Forget it, I walked out and went to Firestone. BTW, Firestone was more than happy to help me out and take my money.

Checking in for the service department was quick and easy. They arranged for a ride home (and back) from Lyft & Kasey Myers stayed in constant contact with me while my vehicle was in the service department. The service dept. did a inspection of the vehicle at no charge and gave me the list of general maintenance items they looked at, topped off the fluids and were going to wash the car. I had to leave so I sadly had to ask them not to do the car wash.
