I was looking all over Gainesville for jewelry shops that do same day turn around, I went to the mall & even little jewelry shops that they recommend & everyone was give me a week - two week turnaround but I needed my necklace fixed that exact day, so I finally ran into someone who recommended them, when I got there they examined my necklace & even changed my clip that keeps the necklace together and it only took them one hour the fix my necklace. Meanwhile everyone else was giving me an estimated turnaround of a week or two, but this place is amazing!! & they are so kind & patient & EFFICIENT!! I recommend 10/10”
“I bought an electric scooter from them, and the scooter works fine, i already got a steal on the scooter when on the scooters website it's originally retails at almost $400, I was able to buy it for $140, went home to charge it, the charger is either trash or charging slow, I came into the store and spoke with Jason who helped me trouble shoot it and we hooked it up to another charger of the same brand/same voltage just a newer one im assuming and it started to charge immediately, it's not the pawn shops fault at all, but Jason still went above and beyond with refunding me $16 for a charger, so i can purchase a new one. Definitely will be returning to spend more money there because it's hard to find a store that actually wants to make it right and cares about the customer thank you”
