Amazing work! Always come here to get my jewelry fixed and the laser engraving technology blew my mind when they fixed my rope chain necklace, it looks brand new and you cannot tell where it broke before!

Overall I am happy with finished product of work on my jewelry. It seems a little expensive to have something soldered but other than that everything else was great.

Dave does a great job repairing and making jewelery! Very professional and friendly. Staff also. I've been to numerous jewelers, and they just don't do a good job and charge me so much money, and treat me with no respect. There's many reasons! I came to Jewelry Works for a battery for my watch and loved the price and the service. So been there ever since! Take all my jewelry there now! Love them! It's worth the drive...

The men and women who work here are some of the nicest I ever have met in retail . I been using their services for the last 18 years. They have fixed, repaired or adjusted my G--Shocks ( I have 5 now ), Invicta, Casio, and Seiko watches! The only problem I have with them ( a NICE problem to have ) , They have an amazing selection of watches that I love. Every time I go there, I want to buy another watch! I think my last count I bought was 9 or 10 watches from Jewelry Works. They don't just sell watches, they sell any jewelry you are looking for. I have no reason to shop for my jewelry at any other place. Jewelry Works get all my business ! Rich

I first moved to Gainesville in 2010 I just graduated college and was broke. Of the few things I owned I had a few watches, and I began working with David who always treated me for the utmost respect and he was very personable even though I could barely afford a few battery changes to keep my hand me down watches running. Now he helps me keep my watch collection on fresh rotation.

I moved to Gainesville in 2010 as a young man with nothing to my name except a few handme down watches and barely enough money to afford the batteries they needed. Regardless, David always treated me with the utmost respect and always answered my plethora of uninformed questions. When the time came to restore my 1950's 18K LeCoultre Master Mariner, I knew David and his team would take care of me, when it came time to propose to my wife David literally helped me handpick the BIGGEST and BEST diamond I could afford, then when we had our first child David hand crafted another wedding band to go with the ring, when I needed a custom Griffin pennant necklace that I could hand down to my boys (yes plural) and my wife a custom Mama Bear pennant with all 3 of my children's names inscribed, Jewelry Works has been there every step of the way. When 2 of my best friends decided to get married, Jewelry Works walked my homies through the process and each guy was able to buy the perfect or craft the perfect ring for their now wives. I 2024 when few things are going right, Jewelry Works not only gets the business end of the deal, and the aesthetics right, but they get the relationship end right. Proud family member since 2010 and counting.
