I showed up and the staff refused to take the coupon that was just issued to me online by Jiffy Lube. They change the oil quickly, but the price was higher than it would’ve been at the Dealership, even with the coupon they offered.
Most importantly, after they checked the air filter, they left the glove detached and the air filter clamp resting on the top of my dash. If they forgot to put my air filter in properly, did they even do the oil correctly?
I was sent to survey afterward, I added some comments about the visit, but they never bothered to get back with me. More expensive, less competent, and deceptive advertising practices.

I have been going to that location for nearly 10 years. However, my last visit was less than pleasant. First of all, the staff was very unprofessional, not to me personally, but in a business sense. Several employees were smoking cigarettes and casually chatting with scantily dressed friends who were loitering around the property. One of the young ladies was wearing "dinosaur house slippers," a shower cap and hoochie mama shorts that clearly exposed her butt cheeks. This oil change took nearly 45 minutes to complete. The technician didn't ask any questions or offer any suggestions. In addition to changing my radio station settings, my vehicle smelt of residual cigarette smoke. Why would they do that? I had the feeling that I was hanging on a street corner bodega, instead of a nationally recognized business. I will not be going back to this location again.
