after having a terrible experience at the archer location (borderline harassment), i was hesitant to go to a jiffy lube again, but i needed the percs of driving up and getting my oil changed quickly. i went yesterday morning to get my oil changed before heading on a 300+ mile road trip. apparently, the people who changed my oil beforehand had not reset the censor, and my oil was still fresh! they were so kind and helpful. i never write google reviews but they mentioned this helps their business. i don't remember names but i think it was mike, troy, and wenzell. thank you so much!!!!! will be back when i actually need an oil change.

Went to have an oil change and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was all so pleasant and Troy was such a ray of sunshine. His professional attitude and pleasant smile was refreshing.I'll continue to go there

These guys working here suck so bad they don't care about your car the prick in the pit just ripped the under cover down and then put it back up with 2 screws I had to pull over to properly put it back together don't even go to these assholes fucking neighbors

I came in for a simple to oil change and the guys there were awesome. I mean from the time I pulled in, I was greeted warmly and they checked things like my light, i didnt even think of, which was a great thing because one of my break lights were out. I really want to make sure Mike, Troy, Wendell, and Craig get the positive recognition they deserve.

Oil change was fast. BUT they scam customers by resetting oil life on your auto to be less than the life of the oil. (As in to get you to come back sooner than required by manufacturer) Total scam for more money.

The location on 13th street has been my absolute favorite. The team is awesome, and they get the job done fast and efficiently. They are always super helpful and address all questions and concerns.
