This Jiffy Lube is very quick and their customer service is pretty good. They did push a little on getting my filters replaced which was annoying but I know that's their job. They are nowhere near as pushy as Tires Plus but they do cost a little more. If you want an oil change in 15 minutes without a wait come here. They give shands employee discount and have coupons online.

My first ever Google review. Would not go here. Went here for oil change. Most places will show you the dipstick after adding oil to assure proper level. They did not so decided to check the next day when I thought about it. Sure enough it was over filled. After looking at invoice they claimed to have cleaned my windshield, checked wipers, checked air filter, checked lights, checked tire pressure, filled washer fluid etc. Absolutely none of this was done. They could not even record my mileage properly. The mileage sticker they gave me had less miles than what my vehicle has. Go somewhere else if you want people that take pride in their work.

I will never visit this place again. They overfilled oil in my car way above the max line after which it started leaking from the valves and multiple problems followed which I am still dealing with. They will not account for any damage unless the oil is leaking from the actual drain plug. Do not go to this place.

Oil Change went smoothly 😁 however they forgot to check the fluids and tire pressure. New manager see Extremely competent and really friendly!

Hiram and Q and Jordan were all very friendly. Great customer service and tried to figure out issues when I had them but not super quick or the 15 minutes it says for an oil change.

Steve was great ! The other guy Robby was arguing with his coworker every time he was asked to do something. Which was not good to do in front of customers . He should definitely be terminated . Thank you Steve for providing me with excellent customer service . Robby should take notes on how to act professional when representing a business .
