Poor customer service they tell you that a filter cost a certain amount and they’ll give you a discount and when it comes to check out, they charge you the full price. Deceptive customer service practice. My strongly recommend taking your bill elsewhere as there are a lot of good service stations within town

All I will say is I just wanted an oil change. Was told the car needed more random services and I didn’t know what to do. My bad for not saying no, they’re bad for taking advantage of that. Was charged a lot.

Had them change my Differential fluid. 100 miles later differential went out, looked at receipt and they used the wrong fluid. Coincidence or causation either way will never trust Jiffylube again.

I got there for a simple oil change a high mileage one to be exact and because they didn’t have the oil they had to charge me 20 extra dollars to make it high mileage and I never paid 150 bucks for a oil change I will not be going there anymore I meant The customer service was great but I still feel like I was ripped off and I would not recommend nobody to go there and I would not be returning to any Jiffy Lube ever again.

The system was down when i got there but after about a 10 minute wait it was back to normal. I appreciate the quick wait and the service was good as well! Very satisfied

I've never had a more pleasurable oil change. The entire staff members were actually happy and working as an entire team. They were even complimentary to each other. Oh yes, I'll be back and can only hope the same staff members will be there!
