This store is an absolute mess!!! I’ve shopped in this JoAnns for years & have never seen it in such disarray. And on top of that the restrooms are out of order for the customers but I saw employees coming out of restrooms. Sad sad

I went in today to find items for a project. I know we just finished the holidays but I found the store to be very cluttered and understaffed. The positives were that I did find almost everything I was looking for and their employee Doogie at the fabric cutting area was awesome. Helped me find the right material and very personable.

Came in to get some wicks, and holiday gift items. They had so many sales, and lots of household items that I needed! The ribbons were buy 1 get 3 free! Wow great sale…also 70% off on many holidays items, pillows wrapping paper, home decor, and candles. Awesome section upfront and all along the checkout area, where little items for everyone can be found. Would recommend checking this place out for any of your creative or crafting needs, and then some.

We ordered on line. mistake. ordered 2 items twice only received 1 each order but charges the whole price.when I called to find material they said it was discontinued. ThT was before I noticed they charged both. No refund

As long as you use coupons or hit their sales, this is an affordable place to find all kinds of craft and sewing supplies. The staff are always very helpful as well.

Very expensive. It's hard to find French terry 80- 100% cotton knit fabric. Only 50% cotton. Just bought a couple of yards here to try. There are a lot of polyester knit fabrics, and I am not interested in it. Also, it's very hard to find knit fabric + matching rib, also lack of threads colors. And very poor choice of the zippers.
