I drive one hour to get cleaning liquid for the AC. I have the license. I just don’t have a set of account with them and they say you they cannot sell it to me because I don’t have account with them. I understand if Freon or AC or motor I need the account for the but buying the liquid that’s stupid

You lost my business. Only see to contractors, to bad, local business lost to an online order that won't refuse doing business with a local homeowner. Such a pity this good ole boys club for parts still exists.

Johnstone Supply is a national chain selling HVAC parts to licensed HVAC technicians and companies. A big benefit to using a large chain as opposed to a mom-and-pop outfit is that you can get the products you need from one of the many locations so you can get it closer to the job location. So, if you have teams working multiple sites in various locations, a national company like Johnstone might be a good option, especially if you have an account with them. All in all, there was no issues here and I woukd recommend this company.

Dont act like they could care less if they sell anything .Been in the apartment business for 20 yrs making heating and air conditioning repairs never had such a dismissive attitude.I will never do business there,went down the road had a great experience and the parts needed with a smile and a thank you for your business,this place could learn a thing or two from them!
