Was not impressed by because I'm assuming the way I was dressed I was followed around the store I had to dress in sweat pants and shirt for a procedure I was having done at the hospital later on that day so I'm assuming because I had baggy clothing on I was thought of going to steal which was very comical to me but at least the person that worked there and following me could of said hi how is your day can I help you find something..needless to say I will find another store to shop in the next time I am in Gainesville. But despite how I was treated I still purchased 45$ worth of product but will not go back.

Poorly organized location, with many items out of place and misleading signage around deals and promotions.

Kohls has almost double the prices for the same items elsewhere! The earrings I bought were not cheap in price but broke after 3 uses. The product quality has gone to crap.

I applied for a Kohl's credit card but was not given an answer at checkout. I have excellent credit so I do not know what the problem is.

Don't ever work at Kohl's the hiring manager doesn't like to hire certain people she was very funny acting asking these crazy questions even that she knew I had the experience as a stocker and sales associate

Kohl's on line is horrible. So is their car full for on line. First it is shopped out overseas. Language barriers. Then they have no authority to resolve issues. In store they cannot resolve issues also. Credit on line to pay is a joke. Every time I have to change passwords then I cannot get in. I always have to go to the store and pay my bill! Why?
Then they send you a 40 percent coupon but you cannot apply it to your on line cart! I am ready to forgo Kohl's even though I have been a good customer for over 20 years. Clean up your act and trust your employees to make valid decisions.

I enjoy shopping at kohl's, the clearance is great and it's wonderful having cashiers at checkout Alene is a beautiful young lady and a great attitude

This store is clean with attractive displays. Bought good quality pillows and towels today and got 21%discount at checkout. Seems they always have a sale going on.
