I'm very disappointed that the Labcorp website allowed me to make an appointment with a location that is closed. Also if the location is closed why weren't clients who made appointments notified? I drove 25 minutes there only to be notified that it was closed by a paper at the location. It would have been very easy to disable the appointment option on the website and send an email cancelling appointments with clients. Also neither location shows that it is closed on Google maps. I do not want to drive to Lakecity which is the only location that shows as open. Who knows if that is actually correct? I have requested that my labs be changed to Quest. Very disappointed by the lack of proactiveness & customer service.

Forced to wait an obnoxious amount of time for an appointment. Nobody to even talk to just an iPad. Was told to wait for a text which literally never came

Wonderful staff, very fast efficient and kind. I can’t help but get extremely anxious while giving blood and they were just great! Quick easy and painless.

2 of the nastiest VERY RUDE , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LADIES . Iv ever encountered in GAINESVILLE !!!! They need too find another job . Away fromPeople !!! This is very ridiculous !!! I hope I never ever have too deal with this trash again !!! Very sad !!! They have a job dealing with people!! This is totally disgusting ?!!!!!!!The black lady is very nasty rude !! DoesNot know how too talk too people !!! Very hateful !! Horrible !!

I did not catch her name this Halloween morning. Just wanted to give a shout to the phlebotomist that drew my blood. She was fast and fantastic. As someone that needs routine blood work I appreciate someone that knows how to do their job well! Kudos and thank you!SN: check in was fast with ID and paperwork in hand.

You MUST bring a physical copy of your blood work request!!! You can’t call and ask if a copy on your phone is okay, lol they don’t have a direct number! I came in today and sure enough I needed to bring a paper copy! Luckily I can fax it from my phone. Just fyi!

If I could give ZERO stars, that’s a more appropriate rating. The woman at this site is a nightmare of a person. She is condescending, impatient, judgmental, hateful, and INCOMPETENT. She didn’t give me clear directions and when I didn’t follow the directions that I didn’t even know about, she treated me like a JERK. She needs to be removed from ALL interactions with the public. Clearly she hates her job, she hates people, and she hates herself.

Don't ever use Labcorp if you can help it. I don't know if it's this location or where they send their samples but they are incompetent and will leave your samples out until they are "abnormal/inconclusive" for the result.
