I got the gel x instead of the acrylic and they said it would last a month or so but I haven't had them 3 days and 2 of my nails came off. They are supposed to be the new acrylics and I don't think so. They were nice and sweet while I was there but wow... I paid $70 for a custom set for nothing...

I love Lily’s Nails! I always go to Thao and she’s amazing! She’s so sweet and won’t let me leave until I love my nails. She’s super accommodating with time, I’ve left before and came back a few hours later for her to finish.

I always see Lily, & she does a great, meticulous pedicure every time i go. She is always sweet & friendly, & takes pride & care in her work. Best place i have been to in Gainesville, of course with Lily!

I had a very disappointing experience here. When I arrived, a nice lady at the front told me French tips would be $50. I even showed her a photo of acrylic nails, and she confirmed it would be $50. Based on that, I agreed to proceed.
When it was time to pay, the nail tech suddenly told me it was $75. I explained that I was quoted $50 at the door, but they insisted the woman told me $75, which she absolutely did not. Conveniently, she was nowhere to be found when it came time to pay.
I felt completely misled and taken advantage of. I paid the $75 just to be done with it, but I will never return. Be careful and get your price in writing before you start anything here.

Has gone downhill in a big way. The really good techs have moved. I had to have my latest mani removed and redone at another place due to crappy looking stickers and incomplete polish on the sides of the nails. I am wondering if the male tech I had ( and they KEEP placing me with him !)- has an eyesight problem. He’s very very nice , but does a bad job each time.
And all this for close to $100. I gave it several extra chances after I started noticing decrease in quality. Disappointed each time. Won’t be returning.
This was my go- to salon for YEARS and I used to be very satisfied . Something has happened and it’s NOT good.

I absolutely love this salon. I get my acrylic nails done here, as well as my pedicures and the occasional upper lip wax. They are always so friendly. I’ve never been disappointed with my nails either.
Stylist: The tech I see is Tao, and she always delivers. She’s the only nail tech I’ve gone to more than once. I completely trust her process and she always color matches to my inspiration picture way better than I do.
