I’ve given them a LOT of business over the last few years and they have steadily slid downhill. Most recently the new “dynamic parts pricing” is ridiculous. For example, a 15 year old Xenon headlight that needs refinishing that was about $50 is now $220!! and more if you want a warranty. The website is also super-slow to update new inventory compared to other yards. I will say the employees are generally nice & try to be helpful but the management is clearly the problem. I’m done with them and bet a lot of other people are too!

#LKQIt's imperative that we demand transparency when it comes to parts that can be checked with a battery, including fuel pumps, window regulators, starters, and so on. It's unacceptable that many shops sell these batteries, but refuse to let you test the product before buying it. They pressure you into purchasing the warranty and taking the product home, only to realize that it doesn't work, causing you to waste time and effort returning it. We must demand better service and accountability from these shops.

Came 10 minutes before closing. Drove an hour. They said they closed 15 minutes before what their sign says. I just needed something quick. Rude and unprofessional. Won’t be back. Looks like they have plenty of angry people already in the reviews.

The price hikes are out of touch with reality. I used to buy $1000+ per month from the llq's all over Florida. You bet I'm going elsewhere when lkq costs double + extra fees on top. No way. You guys are going to put yourselves out of business

Place is completely insane walk in couldn't find a part so I grabbed 5 fuses. They were relay fuses and they tried to charge me almost $40 for something anyone else would put in their pocket never do business with this place they are Trying to make a fortune off of everything shop around folks

Good staff very helpful. I came for specific parts and couldn't find a good one in the yard one of the staff said he would check the cars that they haven't moved to the yard yet and if he finds it he would pull it for me.

What a joke. Ost money for gas cost money to get in. Had to wait for the. To say they wanted $40 for a broken tail light. Waste of time an money.

Pretty good selection and fairly organized, but very very expensive. Only yard I've been to in the country that charges for every little switch, ashtray, button, etc in a bezel. Unless you absolutely need it, I wouldn't boty. I know I won't go back.

I asked to see if there were cars of a specific model, they charged me first to tell me that there aren't any and they didn't want to refund the money for the tickets I paid

DO NOT GO BY WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS! Website said 3 vehicles there had the part I needed. One car wasn't there at all and the other 2 had the engines gone completely. We found that out after they charged us a $3 entrance charge for every individual who entered.

Good selection, raised their entrance fee to $3 and added a "worry free warranty" which is automatically added to all parts unless you decline, then you get no warranty or returns.
