Walked in to return a blouse. Sam and Kara were both behind the counter and chose to finish their personal convo before acknowledging me standing there waiting for them. The store was empty. They were unhelpful and rude. I’m a loyal LOFT customer and usually the sales associates are very friendly and helpful. Will not be returning to this store!

Josie greeted me as I entered The Loft. I came only to return an item; but once I started engaging with Josie, and quickly noticed her bubbly nice attentive professional personality, I purchased over $300.00 in merchandise. It shows how having a nice attitude gains one a lot of brownie points! Josie's attitude, smile, kindness and professionalism was so refreshing! Josie winning smile, along with her professionalism will carry her a long way in life!! She is a winner!!

I have been a loyal Loft shopper for years and I can honestly say this is the worst Loft of them all. The lack of customer service is consistently below Loft standards. I have two gift cards remaining for Loft and I plan to shop online and once the cards are depleted I will no longer be a Loft customer.
