I purchased a stove and refrigerator for delivery on Friday 14th. Refrigerator returned R/T damage. 2nd refrigerator delivered on the 15th - also damaged and returned. So today will be the 3rd attempt and 4th day without refrigerator.
Spoke with office associate - there was no attempt at service recovery, or any concern. Apparently this is now the "normal" level of customer service. No ownership, follow - up or follow through. I can't imagine what a nightmare home remodeling would be.

Advice for females going into this Lowes location: don't bother with the male employees, the females are more helpful and way less likely to treat you like an idiot :)
The 3 stars are for the female employees we talked to, who were very helpful and attentive. The two missing stars are for the male employee who was incredibly unhelpful and gave us a very obvious (and low effort) guess at where something was, without even bothering to stop walking or ask us to clarify what we were looking for.
"Hi, where can we find hardware cloth?"
"Uh, try the hardware aisle."
Gee thanks, that's definitely not the first place we checked and the most obvious/unhelpful guess. I don't mind if you don't know where/what something is, but just say that instead of sending us to the opposite side of the store and with your worst attempt at customer service.
The two ladies we asked both knew what we meant and gave us aisle number and location in the aisle, down to the side the item was on.

Something for management to consider. When the store opens at 6:00 a.m., who is there to make purchases? Contractors are. When a construction professional parks in contractor loading, then has to walk to the far end of the building to enter, then walk all the way back to lumber because the contractor entrance doors are still locked, it costs us time. No DIYer is there to buy potted plants and mini blinds at 6:00. It's contractors. Seems it would make sense to unlock the construction entrance. This has happened to me on numerous occasions. Do better.

Do not be fooled by Lowes REBATE OFFERS. I am owed more than $1000 on rebates from November appliance and paint purchases. I will no longer spend a nickel in Lowes and I am discouraging all my social media contacts to buy from there. I have wasted too much time and money on this fraud of a company.

DO NOT USE FOR DOOR SERVICES... The location is nice, the people working there have always been nice. BUT, we ordered/contracted French doors to replace our sliding door last April (2024) and we are still waiting on this job to be finished. First the door that was delivered they did not send the correct framing. Then when the correct framing materials were delivered we found out that the internal lock of the stationary door was broken. They sent a replacement that was for the wrong model of door. That was in August, then the correct part was supposed to have been delivered to the door and the contractor went to the store and they had no information about the part, was not there. That was in October/November. We have yet to receive the correct part, despite multiple communications with the Lowes service department. The store has actually stopped responding to the support team. Now this could be a one off situation I totally understand, but beware, I have had several people tell me similar stories in regards to windows and doors- of course only AFTER I was already in the process and they took the full payment for the job.

In the past I've purchased broken brinks for my bearded dragons enclosure, particularly at this location. Found one today as they are everywhere. Got to the register in the garden center, two employees there and I asked if I could purchase the broken brick at a discounted price as I have many times in the past 5 yrs. The gentleman immediately said that they cannot, that the company destroys these bricks?! I'm confused as to why a company would spend $ to destroy items that are desired by ppl if only discounted. My husband and I and many of our employees shop here often and have never had a problem but after today I think we'll be taking our business to Home Depot. The attitudes were weird for no reason, like I had asked something offensive. If this is the policy now maybe it should be posted or the broken pieces laying around everywhere cleaned up. Also a discussion with employees about their attitudes could be helpful. Thxs!
***Edit..Here again giving u another shot on 12/12/24 and again disappointed in this locations customer service. I've gone to two employees to get a battery unlocked to purchase for a blower (check camera to see how long I waited for someone to finally come help). Apparently employee meetings with cheers and claps are far more important than helping customers who also need to hurry back to work!***

Place is a nightmare to deal with. Purchased doors for 3300$ cash. 2 days later I cancel order. They tell me they cannot refund me the money today for 3300, they will have to send a check in the mail and I should receive it in 7-10 days. It has been a month now. I have spoken with 2 different managers, and corporate and nobody knows the status of my refund. Corporate says I should have received refund the same way I paid. The store is saying they don't have 3300 cash to give. A multi billion dollar store doesn't have 3300 cash? Sounds fishy. Don't purchase anything from these stores.

One of the tile I was looking for, their inventory was mess and upon asking manager they were not very helpful except apologizing for trouble ! While they were talking to each other, they did notice that there was ongoing issue with the product inventory for a while but no one bothered to correct it online! It just waste of our time and energy !
