I type this as I am waiting for help. I recently had a procedure and am on a weight lifting restriction. It took close to 30 minutes to get someone to come help. Unacceptable! I am now into 15 minutes waiting for someone to the 3 pieces of wood in my car. Management should be fired. It is absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service; not to mention unfair to your customers and employees, who bare the brunt of frustration, while you hide in the office!

Wow...how is this customers service. I bought a Spectracide from Lowe's. The battery powered sprayer stop working with the container still almost full. I came in asking for a possible exchange. The short guy behind the counter seems to be a supervisor that was helping the young lady behind the customers service desk basically kept saying 30 days for return or exchange. Didn't even bother asking why I was asking for an exchange when it was basically a defective item they sold to me!!! Lowe's at this location always had terrible service compares to the other Lowe's store in town on 13th ST and the Home Depot!!!

Omg, Mr. Wine I was in your store, I'm embarrassed that I spent 20 years with Lowe's, no carts, no help in lumber, the saw has been broke for several days, call button in tools doesn't work, I gave up after 30 minutes waiting to get a drill. Spoke to Meghan, head cashier she called for help no one came. I give up, being a share holder I hope to God all the store have not regressed to this level of service. Think I'll email Marvin

Went into Lowe’s Saturday, February 9th around 730-800pm, to look for a dryer belt. Had a hard time finding the guy in that area to help us, as we looked on our own but were unsuccessful. When we did see him, all he did was tell to go back to the same row we just left and look on the wall, as they were hanging there. We went back a second time with no luck. Of course he was gone when we came back to the appliance area. We happened to go the lawn mower department and the associate there didn’t know too much about them so we went on to leave. The man from the lawn area came outside to stop us from leaving because he decided to research it and thought he found some. To make a long story short, he went back to the area in the appliance department and helped us find the belt we needed. I wish I would have gotten his name because he went above and beyond helping us. He needs to train some of the other associates that work there what customer service is.

Products not set correctly - good luck figuring out the correct price without searching for the right tag (if there's a tag) and matching SKU's. Bathrooms are nasty/unsanitary.
Highly recommend shopping at HomeDepot vs this Lowes.

Waiting on call for lumber for over 20mins like this is terrible and the receptionist told me I just have to wait in a rude way. This is why I don't go to lowes I drive across town to go to home depot much better experience and help.

Went in to buy a refrigerator tonight. They sure don’t make it easy. I thought the way businesses made money was to sell things. I guess not. And these business wonder why people shop and buy online.

Have being shopping here for close to 20 years an it has really gone downhill in the last year. It seems like every time we come they've moved everything around an you can't find what your looking for. Stick to a floor plan for at least a month until you change it.
Don't get me started on there self checkout, it's horrible.Hire more people or pay the ones you have a living wage....
I do appreciate veteran parking an discount but don't know if its worth all the headaches you have to deal with.

Went once again to try an find 1/4 an 1\2 craft wood for a project. Every time over the last year the majority of there wood is warped... The wood bins are not organized with different sizes all mixed up. Very frustrating.
There tool selection is VERY limited they haven't restocked router bits,scroll saw blades and several other common tools..

I've completely given up on this lowes location. The store is a complete mess. It took 30 minutes for several employees to locate lawn furniture that you had on your website and once again the precut wood is warped an so disorganized that I just gave up
Have been shopping at this store for 20 years an have spent thousands of dollars but this last trip was my last.
Went to the lowes on 13th an they were slightly better. The precut wood was alot better.

I come here a lot as a private business owner I do a lot of business here and now twice I have come to this store and the same women working self check out I feel was very rude and disrespectful. She just doesn't know how to talk to people very unprofessional. Just as an example I didn't realize that due to my tools that I was purchasing being in the bag but still on rack it was beeping. Instead of approaching and explaining she sat there and complained about noise and I still did not know what or where it was coming from, then she looked at me and said with sarcasm said that's you (you know) I said excuse me, and as if she was speaking to her kid she replied ( Move Your Bag) multiple times with no communication or explanation very rude.

Dirty and out of date. Zero customer service - the people working (MST) say "that's not their job" when you ask questions... Lumber looks like it's smiling at you it's so warped.

Just left this Lowes after purchasing some paint and it was clear that the guy working behind the paint counter did not want to be there. He acted like he was bothered at having to answer the 2 questions I asked him. Then, once my paint was ready, he slammed it on the counter with the mixer. Won't be coming back to this location.

Only issue is you can't find floor help. Garden cashier was courteous and helpful.
