We came here looking to upgrade our queen to a king bed. We had Donovan and he provided great service and answered all our questions. Unfortunately the deducted stars came from after the purchase. First it was very vague on the delivery time. That would’ve been an issue but it worked out that my husband just worked from home that day to wait for them. Then after we get it set up the adjustable base only reclines up if the bed isn’t on it which defeats the purpose. It makes me question if they sold us something that wasn’t compatible with the size and weight. My husband called in regarding the situation and it sounds like it’ll take a bit to get a solution for this. It’s annoying that this didn’t get off to a good start for the new bed that we were very excited for.

I had a very nice and pleasant experience in buying my bed , Cary , the sale representative is very knowledgeable and very helpful in the process. I will recommend for everyone to come and see their large selection of mattress in a very a very reasonable price that everyone can afford plus the quality of the bed mattress is superb. I will come back for more . Their customer service is excellent . They gave me a free frame for my purchase. ♥️

But Jennifer helped me make my purchase with next day delivery to our Inverness home. she was great to work with and saved me time by getting it all done quickly and efficiently at the Gainesville store.
