Customer service was incredible, Brian was great and very patient! Prices were reasonable and deals made sweeter! Sleep trials and warranties are generous, and the delivery is quick and pick up is convenient! All in one stop I would recommend to all! Will be shopping here in the future!

it was a pleasure to met V today . After getting the run around from another company on a purchase , V was able to help me select a mattress and base and have it delivered to my home in 6 days ! along with two set of California king sheets and a mattress protector. V was knowledgable friendly, professional and refreshing to deal with. extremely pleased and will recommend to everyone i know!!

V helped my husband and I look at mattresses. We had no idea what we were looking for when we came in, but she asked all the right questions to pinpoint what would best fit our needs. We ended up with a great mattress at a really good price. We actually enjoyed the whole process. Things like this can be overwhelming. It’s nice to have someone looking out for you and genuinely wanting to see you leave with the best option for you. 10/10 customer service. Excited to recommend her to our friends and family :)

The store is Mattress Firm, located on Newberry Road. I was very pleased to see that the store was clean. And they had a huge selection of mattresses for me to choose from. The young lady that helped me was an absolute delight, and was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone mattress hunting.

I was looking for a sleep number bed. Found out that they have their own stores. While I was there Josh said I might want to look around. He mentioned that the purple mattress, might be something I want to check out. I sleep hot and have issues feeling like my bones are poking through my mattress. I don’t feel rested when I get up in the mornings. I am so looking forward to July 7 th and hope I’m not disappointed as with other mattresses. ?
