My order was fairly simple Three hamburgers with extra onion medium fry two apple pies. When I got the bag the fries were turned upside down in the bag. The hamburgers were dripping in ketchup and barely had any onion. There was bickering in the kitchen and I overheard one of the managers saying at this point I don't really care what you do. And one of the other assistant managers was basically kind of rude. I definitely will not be going back to this location if any of them at all. There's no sense of appreciation to the customers and nobody cares.

I understand the need to migrate toward digital servicing in order to be more efficient. However, when there is a lack of personnel who have possibly been trained to utilize it properly, it has a reverse effect. In the end, it creates frustration with the workers and customers. A fast food order should not take 30+ minutes to service regardless of the influx or high traffic times. Very disappointing that this is the norm. Please provide adequate training or additional personnel for all of those who wish to purchase and service.

This location had been out of Orange juice for months, just take it off the menu. Actually take all drinks off menu. Never have frappes and lemonade also.

Apparently their ice cream machine is always down. Yeah right! The district manager needs to fire the store manager and all shift managers here because they let their lazy employees walk all over them and not do their job. Not ever coming

Shout out to the crew that was working nights about two months ago, I miss you guys. Didn’t know how good I had it until it was gone. Nice friendly people who always gave fresh food.All recent visits food has been cold, lettuce on chicken sandwich straight up rotten, service has been terrible and rude. I miss the old you T_T

Worst food and service from McDonald’s I have ever had. Ordered from kiosk. Receipt printed blank. I didn’t know my order number to receive the order. I asked employee sweeping if any of the machines could print a receipt and was told they are out of ink. My order was called by number. I spoke up that I didn’t know mine and the employee was very nasty about it. Got to work food was wrong, soggy and cold. Do not have a receipt to prove it. Don’t come to this location I’ll never return.****update we got very sick after eating our food. Beware.

This location is understaffed. Customer in front of me waited 15 minutes for a sandwich that was made wrong. The line was so long ,that I left without ordering.

While stopping at this McDonald's via the drive-thru for a quick bite on my journey to Georgia, I encountered significant communication issues. Upon reaching the intercom, I was told to wait, but what was supposed to be a moment stretched into seven minutes with no update. Observing multiple cars behind and across from me, I grew concerned as the wait persisted, prompting two cars to leave the line.Uncertain of the situation, I decided to enter the store, where I found several employees in various areas but only one at the counter. Expressing my concern about the lengthy wait, I was informed of technical issues without any apology for the delay. To exacerbate matters, my #9 fillet-o-fish meal was excessively laden with tartar sauce, requiring significant cleanup. This experience fell short of the expected standards of customer service and food preparation associated with the McDonald's brand.
