“I’ve used Wises Pharmacy for about three years now. I’ve never had a negative experience in all of that time. Both Publix as well as CVS/Walgreens were extremely unhelpful, and on top of that my medications were not as repeatedly out of stock. Wises consistently delivers not only with my medication needs but the customer service. Hope is especially wonderful. She knows me by voice alone and is incredibly sweet to my daughter. While it may be a bit pricier in comparison with a corporate pharmacy the service & dependability make it worth it”

“Finally stopped by Sun Surgical looking for an instrument. Staff were very kind, accommodating, and funny. They don't have a store front - you step in to more of an office area where you can ask the staff if they have what you're looking for (they probably do). They are more than happy to accept walk-ins. The service I got was great, the instrument I got is of nice quality, and the price can't be beat. Highly recommended!”

“Ordered a 2nd white coat for clinics in March and was told it would be ordered and be there before May. Apparently some brands are being slow sending out orders. Just beware but the selection is good. It caters In colors and such to what the med/vet/dentist schools and hospitals near by require for colors.”

“Had a wonderful experience with Barnes following my mother’s discharge from Mayo in Jacksonville. She needed to have IV antibiotics for several weeks at home and Barnes made that so much easier. They communicated well with us and made sure we had what we needed when we needed it.”

“Updated review:I will be very honest.. I initially gave them a 1 star rating. I had to wait months to get my c-pap machine and I was very upset. I know this was not their fault. There is a huge medical supply shortage at the moment and it is affecting more businesses than just theirs. If you are looking to get a c-pap or autopap machine quickly, it likely isn't going to happen due to the shortage. Given that situation as well as changes in their staff, communication and updates were not the best at this time.All that being said, I truly believe they are doing the best they can at the moment. Every single staff member I spoke with always was extremely kind and helpful and I could tell that they are just as disappointed by the supply shortage as I was. I don't think I would have gotten my machine any quicker with a different company, but I do think the customer care would not have been as good as it was here.I do recommend using this company for your medical supplies needs, but please be aware that it may not be a quick process. Talk to them and see what the wait looks like. If it will take too long, talk to your provider about other options if possible. Don't let the wait make your angry at people who are very clearly doing the best they can in a difficult situation. Thank you to North Florida Medical Supplies for all of your effort.
