“Nice store. Well stocked most of the time. My issue is trying to leave the store after paying for my items. Today I had to wait in a very long line again after paying for my items. Everyone in line was complaining. I believe there should be a store manager or front end manager in the area keeping an eye on this. I complained to a female manager about this issue earlier, but she basically stated that I should be thankful I have a Sam’s membership. I told her that I had one because Costco is too far away from here.”

“Very quick check in, very little wait, and done very quickly. My appointment was at 11am and I was out by 11:10.
Johanna who took my blood was great! I've had her twice, I believe, one time last year as well. Even though I usually get faint during blood draws, last year she talked to me through it and I didn't get faint at all even though it was several vials. This time I did get woozy but she did a good job distracting me anyway.
I learned that they can't give you water for liability reasons, so next time I will be sure to bring a bottle of water. Thank you!”
