“I have known it as Option Care. Maybe same thing, just a new Co name? Either way, I have been to this facility 3 times now for an infusion. It is the easiest, friendliest, and most private center I have ever gone to in Gainesville. I have had the same nurse each time. Nicole is amazing! Everything from medical ability to bedside manner is above par. (Last time I didn't even feel a poke! She is that good!) I would recommend this group to anyone. They make the whole process easy: verifying medication with the pharmacy, flexibility with scheduling, chasing down a Dr's signature, whatever makes the whole appointment as easy as can be, and asking if I have any questions or concerns the ENTIRE way. Makes me feel like they really care for the patients. Not all facilities do that. (Actually many will tell you to call your Dr if you have questions.) But, this facility has been amazing for me.”

Have a lot of youth working at the time andI remember working for Publix we had was a rule if someone was within six feet you would speak you, would greet saying hello, let me know if you need anything!? Now they put their heads down and try to run away, but that's the youth some of the management are like! That especially at Tower square. For example I was shopping for some fresh made salads and deli sliders in the deli case, there was a staff member look like a manager.... unpacking boxes I guess he was a bit irritated. He wanted me to move around but didn't know how to politely say it or whatever! He didn't greet me or say ANYTHING. Later as I was taking a photo or something he asked me could he help me? On my way out the door! It was crazy. It seemed like he knew what he was doing.... you couldn't speak to me whenI was almost in your personal space but now when I'm heading out the door you want to ask me what's wrong? Anyways I'll just deal with this one over here....”
