Favoritism predominantly- just every other remote store for lots of company's . The companies purposes to have a remote store is to provide new service, phones, for upgrades, and help educate customers on carrier, phone service also converse more with the customers in the store. I had quite a bit of phone help needed. My Uncle whom I brought into the store had to file a claim for stolen phone- he paid deductible and was not given a receipt but a sticky with claim #. After almost 2 weeks not receiving the phone, they told us to call customer service for Asurian #. We did after we left, the service asked for IMEI # he didn't have the phone how's he gonna have Imei#? So Asurian told us to call the store, they have Imei# So I did, I also informed them again, that he, Uncle didn't have the phone therefore he didn't have the IMEI #. Long story short the remote store is not helpful, they could have given him the IMEI number since they filed the claim for him. Before we went into the store I had called the store and asked if they could give the IMEI # to Asurian they shouted out we can't do anything until customer goes in with information needed. Now they filed the took I can money and said he would get it overnight- the point was they made him come in, I have to bring him (I'm his payee) to tell him that the claim was not filed because the IMEI is missing...... We already knew that, that's ridiculous the manager stated nothing could be done over the phone. Why jerk people around like that? Again, I say, I don't visit any remote store unless it is the main store in the district. He will be moving his service- keep your phone and refund him the deductible paid,all of it, I'm not wasting another trip with those people. Peace!✌️ P. S. again he says, send refund!

The young lady truly has a difficult time answering the questions I had but was very helpful with setting up a new account. She got it all wrong but she was doing a good job with trying to work through everything

I can't begin to say enough about Juan & Dee. Let me start by expressing my gratitude to Juan he honestly went up and beyond for me the minute he started to help me. Today was an absolute mind blowing day but it's when you meet people like Juan who are able to display the level of not just customer care but elevation and exceptional drive to sincerely want to do everything in their power to solve your delima and frustration they truly shines. Dee was exceptional and a vital part of everything being a success. She stepped in with no hesitations not needing to much direction and knew just help my wife and I solve road bumps we encountered during our visit witch made the process honestly seamless. As a team they both were solution solvers and a prime example of customer service and care. Being that I myself have several years in retail and sales I know for a fact the character and skills they both displayed can not be taught but gained from experience. Thank you both for an outstanding experience for my wife and myself.

This is the best MetroPCS in Gainesville as far as I'm concerned. I went to the one on 34th Street and they just shrugged elaborately and told me I should sign up for a new account. Today we decided to try the Main Street store and Juan magically fixed everything in less than 20 minutes. Thank you, Juan!!

Awesome service as always no long lines. I’ve came to pay a bill and gotten two tablets with a great offer. These guys are awesome. Please visit the store for the best services. Now my daughter doesn’t have to use my iPhone she has a new tablet and I have one as well. If I can give it more stars I would ?3pm 4/12/24
