Called to ask a question to this location today about a tablet and the sales person was really rude will not be doing business with this location ever. please take your money else where that actually has good customer service and not giving out attitudes to paying customers i have been with metro for almost 5 years and the service is getting worse.

I'm very disappointed about this store.. the Puerto Rican dude that works at the one on 13th Street gave me a TCL 4g tablet for $20 which I find very suspect because you would have to pay at least 100 or 200 for a tablet...well I bought it anyway but the tablet itself freezes up I've deleted apps that might be the problem but it's still freezing up.. I will never shop nor pay my phone bill to the one 13th Street in Gainesville ever again.. the Puerto Rican dude is terrible and his attitude stinks... and you guys better watch how he cons people into buying something there for cheap..

I dreaded going into Metro today because my old phone had cracked and I had to spend money unplanned. But that quickly changed. I was immediately helped by Juan and not only was he concerned that I leave with what I came for. But he also gave me a deal that can't be beat. I really did not expect to leave Metro today with the items and phone that I recieved for that quality and price. I left extremely satisfied and made a new friend. Juan.... Thank you!!!

Hands down the best in-store experience we have ever had. Right away we were greeted with smiles and all three staff members were ready to help. They worked as a team to look at the best and most affordable plans for my teenage girls. Juan Mutis was specifically helpful he set up our account in only minutes and was a true professional. I can't recommend this team enough. Jasmine Rodriguez and Andy were Just as kind, friendly and helpful to others while my account was being set up. I strongly recommend this store best Metro costumer service team in Gainesville.
