Been here twice and staff always look bored, disinterested, or annoyed at having to help. The first time I went, to get a new phone, the staff didn't bother properly setting it up despite me asking for help. I was starting to transfer my contacts over manually before I finally figured out how to finish setting it up myself. Last time I went here to sign up for the government discount program and they didn't know how to do it and told me to do it myself at home, despite the Metro website telling me I had to do it in the store. They finally got it to work by calling Indian tech support. While I was there, another customer was trying to figure out how to pay her bill and they completely ignored her unless she shouted directly at them. She couldn't get the machine inside to work, and the machine outside was broken, and they told her there would be an additional charge for her to receive assistance at the counter. She even asked for the manager and was told he's in a meeting - to which she responded that he's been in a meeting the last 4 times she came in. The only reason I'm giving this higher than 1 star is because I did eventually get a nice new phone and the discount. But it was like pulling teeth.

Almost always metro offered free phone cases and screen protectors with a new phone now they dont so they lost a sell yesterday over the ridiculous price of fifty bucks for a case and screen protector i refused to pay that much when all the others will throw that in when you buy a new phone

I’m thankful they were able to fix my phone but dissatisfied with the customer service. The lady behind the counter had an attitude from the moment I walked in. If you aren’t happy to provide customer service then find another job that does not include customer service

Don't be fooled by the full parking lot, they share it with another business, They have several highly intelligent reps here to help you set up a new account, and you'll save tons and get free phones and tablets. I am hard to impress but they definitely do impress. Thanks Jay & Rob for your expertise and patience!

The shop is very clean and welcoming. The people are saints. They deal with difficult devices, and sometimes, or course, with difficult persons. Very fast, they wsill diagnose problems quickly and accurately. Thank you for all you do

I went a few days ago to get a new phone, and I spoke with a very knowledgeable salesman named Brandon, he was very nice and patient, and helped me pick out the perfect phone. Excellent customer service I just wish I could rate more than 5 stars.

Went by as I was late to work and having issues with my phone service. Brandon was at the front and helped me out. Took the extra care to explain what the issue was and pay my bill. Definitely recommend this location and the associate.

I was walking around the store since I was trying to get off my parents plan and I had like no idea what I was doing until Brandon showed up. He explained everything so easily on which plan is right for me and got everything set up right there and then :) Dude's friendly and informative

Walked in today to add a new phone to my account. I worked with the associate Bella. I specifically asked her that after adding my phone, there would be no changes to my billing plan and she agreed that it would be the same amount on the next bill. I come home to find that an additional insurance fee was added onto my account for $9.99 a month, something that I was not consented or even informed on. Very disappointed to be lied to. Would not recommend.
