2nd day without any communication regarding my subscription that was given on 19th. I've attempted to call on multiple time to get an answer machine or voicemail. At times I wonder if anyone even works in the pharmacy? If only someone could let me know what I could expect. As a cancer patient, I am in dire need of this medication, and CVS doesn't seem to care.3rd day., I call the pharmacy around 4:00 pm and was hold for over 30 minutes. WTF, Zero status on my prescription. I guess my next visit will be in the emergency room. Thxs CVS.

I can't speak for the pharmacy. But the store itself is completely fine. Well stocked and clean.

I had a prescription that was sent over 3 days earlier by the physician before the medication was due to be filled. I called the morning that it was due to be filled and they advised they would have it filled. I called the pharmacy around 430 pm (this was a Friday of course) to check on status and then they tell me it is out of stock and should be in the following week. I was advised that the physician could call the store and they would tell the doctor where it was available and it could be transferred to that CVS. Of course it was not possible to reach the doctor at that time on a Friday. Despite the fact that I have had the med filled there for years, they tell me that since it is a new Rx "number" it cannot be transferred unless the doc calls them. Very unaccommodating as ALWAYS. Horrible customer service, ever since the women pharmacists stopped running the show at the location.

I scheduled an appointment today to get a COVID-19 booster shot and Flu shot. There were various available time slots for today so I chose one. I went on time to the CVS and once I got there, an employee informed me that they were "supposed to call me" to tell me that there was no nurse available to place my shots. This is unacceptable. I wasted my time to go to CVS to get turned away for two vaccines that I needed to get. How can they promote and offer these vaccines if they don't have the medical personnel to give them? Please don't go to this CVS.

Is always good for couponing. Although before it was 24 hours and no more and that's the only thing I don't like.

I rarely receive prescriptions on the day promised. They will say " we are still working on it. Please come back in 20 minutes" . What they are hoping is that you will hang around the store and buy more crap. For $5 a month, they claim they will mail prescriptions to you for free. I make the order and then search for the free delivery option online. Mysteriously, CVS makes it nearly impossible to exercise this option. After 30 frustrating minutes, you say to yourself, screw it I'll drive to the damn store. Don't go on the weekend because the pharmacy closes before 5:00. Don't ever use the drive thru because CVS now offers Covid19 testing at the drive through. I waited today for over 45 minutes because the car in front of me was having everyone tested.

Worst store in Gainesville. Old computer systems can't even reprint a receipt that printed faulty. Then said they couldn't reprint it until midnight. Stupid employees and even dumber manager he isn't polite and puts himself before customers.
