The appointment for the exam was wonderful. The ordering process was fast and easy. HOWEVER, picking up the glasses and getting them properly fit was a nightmare. There was a line of people and no one to help them. We waited with no one helping us for 45 minutes.

The staff was very professional. The GM Rebecca took the time to check in on me to make sure everything was going great during my appointment. I was extremely pleased with the efficiency and knowledge of the team.
