We were shopping for a vacuum and assumed we’d get one from a big box store. We went here on the off chance they would have something since they were near HD.We left with the best vacuum we’ve ever owned and the last one we expect to need for the house for a reasonable price and very understandable answers to what makes our vacuum great.It uses normal bags, which they sell, and does a great job. When it’s full, I no longer have to face a cloud of dust as I did with our previous big box see through gimmick vacuum.Good service and knowledgeable help.

I went to National Vacuum to explore a couple of Miele models. Neil was patient and knowledgeable and he helped answer all of my questions so I could weigh out my options. I received excellent customer service and I will return for parts and service for my new vacuum.

Great team of employees. They sell Sterilaire and Miele. Two of the best vacuums you can buy. They also do repairs on most brands. They also have an extensive line of cleaning products.If you want a vacuum that will last 10+ years they are the go to store.

The vacuum that I bought there SUCKS.I used to use a vacuum that had the container that you just open and dump out. Well that one didn't clean my floors as well. When I switched to the one that these gentlemen sold me, my floors were a LOT cleaner.To give comparison (which they had told me would happen, and did), I ran the old vacuum in a room twice, then used the vacuum they sold me and it picked up a lot more extra hair and dirt.Would HIGHLY recommend if you're purchasing a vacuum.These vacuums are on the pricier side, however you want to have quality over saving a few bucks.The vacuum I bought also leaves those streaks in the floors so you can tell that it's been cleaned (for me this is satisfying)

They installed a central vacuum for me. Pleasant and very responsive. Was able to schedule the install quickly, showed up on time, did a great job, and it cost exactly what he said it would cost. I rarely have such a positive experience with installers of any kind.
