I have been going to NAH for years. The staff is caring, professional and focused on your for baby. In most cases, you can get a same day/next day appointment without having to wait. In an emergency, they will always get you in during open hours. I've been to several other practices, but none that I felt so comfortable with.

I had a great experience for my first visit! I had decided I wanted to change vets, and then my dog had a mini emergency. Because Newberry Animal Hospital has several locations, I was able to get an appointment at my earliest available time.Each person I interacted with was warm, professional, and kind. I only waited a few minutes in the waiting room and then just a few more minutes in the exam room before being seen. One issue I had with my previous vet was very long wait times every time I went. I also like that they have 2 different seating areas in the waiting room of that location.Dr. Lebo clearly explained my options for treating various issues with my 14 year old dog and was patient with my questions. I wish I could remember the name of the vet technician so I could also give her a compliment, she was wonderful with my old guy.I also felt that the pricing was much more reasonable than my previous vet.Very happy that I finally tried Newberry after 3 different friends recommended them!

Best vets in town. Always compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and they always have convenient openings on their schedule. I highly recommend them and will take my cats no other place.

The staff and care was absolutely amazing! Everyone we encountered was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate; from the initial phone calls to us walking out. Highly recommend this place. Affordability was also a plus, but the compassion out weighs the money.

We just moved here and are so fortunate we found this awesome vet practice!!! Dr Phillips was so helpful, as our senior fur baby was just diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. She was gentle and patient with our Coco, listened attentively to our concerns and gave us excellent advice. Recommend Newberry's Holistic Vet highly!!!!

Dr. Lebo and Jon (tech) were absolutely phenomenal. As someone who works with animals as well I truly can appreciate the level of care and dedication that they have both put forth to their craft. My cat who was sick a few days ago has fully recovered thank to them. They really made me feel comfortable and to me they seemed to genuinely care about my cat and my problems instead of it being just a transaction.As a dog trainer and cat rescuer I only recommend this facility because the staff and their skill is just off the charts.Thank you so much guys!

We love Newberry Animal Hospital on 39th. We have 3 big beautiful but sometimes goofy dogs that need some tender loving care.The staff, the drs, the reception, everything is A++. Our pets are absolutely put first over any concept of making money.They listen to our concerns, we email them pictures before bringing them in, as worried parents. They oblige us and see us even if its probably nothing.Never once made us feel any way but as loving parents to our pooches.You just can't go wrong. I actually love that they use email so much. I also love that they send out reminders for vaccines etc. I am terrible at that :-(#PuppyLovesThem

Every time I come here, I’m reminded of how special of a clinic this is. The doctors, vet techs, and receptionist are on point 100% of the time. They always seem to have the answers, or have no problem researching to make sure your pup gets the best care possible. They treat both the owners and the ‘patients’ with the upmost respect, and truly care to answer every concern, going above and beyond with EVERY interaction. I am so thankful that I found this clinic, as having a new puppy can be very stressful at times. They even have a holistic clinic attached to the building if you want more a more eastern medicine approach in care. And to top it all off, their prices are so affordable. They provide estimates before every treatment and make sure that you are getting the best deal, even if that means giving you a prescription slip to bring to chewy or somewhere else. Beyond 5 stars. These are the kindest, most compassionate vets in the world. They make you feel comfortable in the toughest situation. The receptionist, the techs, the doctors all go above and beyond to make you feel well informed. We are so lucky to have such incredible people taking care of our beloved family members.

I absolutely love the Animal Clinic that I used prior to my move to Gainesville, but am so grateful that the veterinarian recommended Newberry Animal Hospital. The medical care that is provided at the 39th St. location exceeds all hopes and expectations, and the warmth and loving care that the techs and the veterinarians show toward my dog, their total concern for his well being, is extremely gratifying! When my little guy was attacked and badly injured by a pit bull, everyone just jumped in to immediately help him, and he has now recovered with no physical signs that the attack ever happened. I would highly recommend both the traditional treatment and the holistic treatment as my fur-son has had both and responded well.

5 STARS! Everything this clinic did from start to finish has been amazing. My chihuahua had a tough surgery and they made it as pleasant as possible for he and I. I believe we were both treated with kindness and respect.

My dog has been going for the last 2 years, they are prompt with emergencies, love your pet and genuinely care. Take the time to explain any procedure or shot they may need and the prices are affordable. I have never felt like they have tried to sell me something I don’t need and I can tell they genuinely love animals. If I wasn’t moving cities I would stay with them forever. All vets my dog has seen have been kind and take their time. All the techs have been so friendly and helpful.
