Love these guys at O'Reilly they get the job done and have the parts you need almost all the time. If they don't have it, they can usually get it to you by the end of the day or the next day!

I've been going to O'Reilly's for a long time now and I have bought automobile parts these past number of years and never had a problem. They always asked to help me sir and have very good customer service. I'll be back to buy more auto parts in the future. Thx for helping me all these times.

Daughters battery in car was dead so I jumped it and we headed to Oreilly auto parts less than a mile away. Asked if they could replace battery. Answer no it’s raining. Asked if they could at least check battery to see if it was holding a charge and still good. No it’s raining. I still bought a top of the line battery and asked if I could use their tools. An older colored employee was actually very helpful. Matt on the other hand was rude and actually threw my receipt for a 260 dollar battery on the counter before mumbling about my attitude. Mind you it took me a whole 5 minutes to replace battery as my daughter held an umbrella over us. Lousy customer service. Also charged me a core charge knowing I was bringing old battery right back in.
