Mike, the Manager is absolutely fantastic!! We had two dead batteries and our Ford F350 Dually was in limp mode on the interstate which is scary. We called ahead to make sure they had the batteries we needed and when I arrived (Julie), Mike was kind enough to take the time and put them on right away before the rain came. We are fulltime traveling RVers and that is our only vehicle, so it's an absolute must that it runs at all times. Thank you greatly Mike for helping to keep us on the road!!

The staff here are attentive and courteous. Bryan went above and beyond helping me find the right headlight, and even helping me get into my finicky hood (bad latch). Thank you Bryan for your 5 star service 😁

I have been shopping here for about 5 years and always had a great experience. Today I went in to order parts listed directly on the O'Reilly website and the guy at the desk outright refused to do it. He aggressively lectured me about how nobody sells this part and that I don't understand how it works. Meanwhile, the disassembled OEM parts are in my hand (which he incorrectly tried to explain they're manufactured), and the part is, again, listed directly on the O'Reilly website, *specifically for my use case.* I showed him this multiple times but he didn't care. He didn't even look in the computer for it so I had to buy from Amazon. I went out of my way to try to support a physical store for these parts, when it is cheaper to buy them online, and was denied.
Part # 450006 was one of the ones I had planned to order, for reference.

Had a mishap with some faulty wiper blades and the manager set a straight and helped out a lot. We've always liked it because it's close, but now we're coming back because the customer service. Good job, Wayne!

Off the charts customer service, helped me diagnosis a fuel line issue and ended up with diesel Fuel in their eyes....still was patient. Outstanding performance.

Shout out to the manager michael i am a mechanic at a repair shop. I had issues with a credit limit with my own company. He went above and beyond to help me to make sure my company got the part i needed to make the necessary repairs to get my customer back on the road. Highly recommend this facility

I needed a replacement battery. Mike lent me the spare tool cart that had everything I needed to swap out my old battery, and even helped me get the old battery out when corrosion had cemented it in place.
It took me a few minutes to clean up the battery housing enough to put the new one in.
When I was finished I returned the cart. As I was walking out the door, Wayne noticed that my hands were dirty and offered me the use of their sink. This was so thoughtful & he didn't need to, but I appreciated the gesture so much. He made me feel like he saw me as a person, not just a customer.

I prefer to learn how to service my own vehicles, and O'Reilly is a big help. I had a misfire, which could be 100 different things, so it typically requires professional a$$s$$ment. But O'Reilly performs code scans for free. A quick scan of my engine showed a misfire on cylinder 8. I bought a new spark plug and ignition coil and it solved the problem. This service is great for those of us that are old-school wrenchers without new-school diagnostics.
