Patrick the manager is so rude! He will not let you return clothes from their store because the tags aren’t on them even though you have a receipt and the tags in the bag. And the pacsun website says you can return items within 30 days as long as you have a receipt. Patrick needs to do better and fix his nasty attitude

Was not able to try on clothes because they close the fitting rooms an hour before they close. There was still 50 mins until they closed and I found this ridiculous. So if you want to try stuff on don’t go close to their closing time.

Kate was awesome me and my friend came all the way from Jacksonville and the mall actually closed 15 mins before we arrived and they waited for us to let my friend get a jacket she really wanted her and her staff were super friendly and helpful thank you KATE

Very fashionable clothing but quite pricey. I think this is the only store in town that carries Brandy Melville,, if that’s your thing.

Mall opens at 11am and closes at 7pm. I came on my lunch hour at 12 and there is a sign that states they are on break and will be back at 2pm. Boo!

Decent selection, and tons of sales. Huge clearance section. Mostly BOGO, or buy-two-get-two free. Employees are helpful and courteous. Manager was great. This is one of the better stores in the Oaks Mall. Definitely worth checking out.

Good for teens back to school shopping. Lots of jean choices. They could use more choices for tops. Friendly workers. You need someone to let you into the fitting rooms. There are no chairs for sitting.

Shame on you, Oaks Mall. It was advertised that you all were going to have trick or treating tonight starting at 6. We got there right at 6. I'd say not even a third of the stores were handing out candy. Very pathetic and sad for those kids who were excited. We were done walking the mall in 15 min. What's even more sad is that even the kids stores weren't handing out candy. Everyone knows the Oaks mall is suffering, this could have been a great opportunity for you all to boost morale and attendance.
