Levin was very helpful as always and never fails to provide excellent service and advice. I fully trust him with my vehicle and appreciate the speed of his communication with myself and other clients. He deserves 6/5 stars.

I prefer to go to Gainesville from Ocala to get better Ford Service. I am specifically thankful for Devon’s great coordination and customer service. His communication was perfect. He was always ready to get me the details about the status of my car. My Ford F-150 was repaired under warranty, and I can’t be happier about the dramatic change after they took care of a Technical Service Bulletin to eliminate an issue that was causing a rattling noise at cold start, and loud cam operation when running. My car is running nicely. They were able to get my car quickly fixed after I dropped it off. They took care of every concern I had. The only one thing that I wish Ford could really look into, is to make a drop off appointment as close as possible to the execution of the work and not just to get cars in a queue. I will continue to travel to Parks Ford at Gainesville for good service! Thanks, Devon

Absolute worst of the worst! If you can avoid to go there for your car service please do. It takes them about a month to get you an appointment, and once you have your appointment... you will have to wait a week or two weeks to get your car checked, not even fixed! Their customer service is awful... stay away if you have a warranty claim with them.

Recently bought a brand new truck here and one of the perks was free exterior car washes . I had them run it thru twice and even that didn’t clean it . Was too stressed out for finding a manager to speak with but I plan to address this issue .

It was a pleasure dealing with Bill today who oversaw my recall on my 2019 Ford Escape. He was great! Easy to work with and, I was processed into the system in no time. This was my second recall with the vehicle and it was as easy as the first time in resolving the matter. Bill also walked me through a few other issues with my car, rear brakes and a replacement wiper for my back window. I was happy he caught the brakes, in particular and, we were able to fix the problem while the car was there. The level of service and professionalism was exceptional. I also would like to give a shout out to Moon and Doreen. Both were great in directing me on who I needed to speak with when I initially called. I will definitely continue to use Parks Ford of Gainesville. Great care and service all around! Thank you.

I love getting service done at this dealership. It’s easy to schedule online with the exact Model and Year of Vehicle, which allows you to pick the exact service you want done with prices disclosed. You can save the vehicle in the system and create an account. Simply show up, drop the keys with an agent, and they have a nice waiting area with vending and seating. Usually an hour or less, so I don’t have to bother family and friends to drop me off and pick me up. Kind and friendly service, and with the account easy to keep your cars up to date without having to start over. Great experience!

I will not use Parks Ford in Gainesville again. I had my truck towed in for a diagnostic. I told the service guy what was going on and to make a long story short the tech said that it needed a new wiring harness which I had mentioned when brining it in. They told me for the part was $1300 and then the total for labor and part would be $3200. Well the part on their website is only $980. I have a pic of it to prove. He also said once we get it running there is no telling what other problems we will find. We kindly told them that we would not be doing it that it was just to much. He said well you owe $572 for the diagnostics and to have the part put back. Now mind you they didn't even do a full diagnostic of the vehicle because the truck would not crank. I told him that I would pay for the diagnostic but not the other. We didn't even get to use the part. My uncle was helping with the bill so when I had the tow truck come pick it up they could not leave because the bill was still not yet resolved. I even contacted the service guy that morning to make sure everything was good for the truck driver to come pick it up and he never said anything to me about nothing being taken care of. After arguing about the bill my dad paid and we left. We took the truck to another shop and within 30 minutes the mechanic found out what was wrong. It was not the wiring harness and the $3200 I would have spent would have been for nothing and I would still have a broken down truck. Also trying to get Parks Ford service center to even answer your phone call or return your call is about impossible. I and my uncle would be placed on hold for a very long time and usually not get answered. The only quick responses we got was when they wanted that bill paid....I don't recommend using their service center. I paid a lot for absolutely nothing in return.

I had a very good service experience here. From the beginning, my service representative was very friendly, communicative, and gave good estimates of the time required for the work. The service seems to have been good quality, done in good time, and the service center was able to make appointments quickly. Moreover, their invoices are pretty descriptive about the condition of the vehicle and the services undergone. I had recall service free of charge, so I can’t comment on the pricing. The only trouble with my visit was that a defective part was accidentally installed (no blame to the technicians—it would have been hard to know before installing), but the team quickly scheduled a complementary second service to replace the part. A satisfying experience overall.

Just bought my first Ford Truck with Cameron. He helped me get a great deal and was great explaining all the features in the car. Professional and knowledgeable. George, the Financial Manager was also a great help. Definitely recommend! (I tried to do business with other 2 Ford dealers in the past in other cities - never happened because of the salesperson. This time I got a professional salesperson that did the job!)

Unfortunately I will not bring my Ford truck to this dealership unless absolutely required. The only reason I did this time is because of non-critical recall and even that cost me 5 days without my truck. The recall was addressing tailgate inadvertently opening that took 2 days to then pickup without any Ford adviser to review & go over repair before picking it up. Technician didn't verify tailgate operation was working upon closing out repair ticket. I get home and tailgate now doesn't open/move at all causing me to call service adviser for her to send someone to pick up my truck. All the while this adviser was only reactive to me inquiring the status of my truck each day and not him reaching out and keeping me in the loop of what is happening. Then I get a text message from adviser stating that foreman found there is bad wiring and sends me an invoice for $1295 to fix the issue. I asked my adviser via message for service advisor to call me to discuss and after a day waiting I dropped by dealership to discuss in person since no return phone call. I informed service manager that my tailgate was working prior to this recall assessment and it appeared that technician did something to now cause the tailgate to seem dead without any sense of trying to operate. So the technician must have shorted or not connected the proper wiring for the system to even seem to work and obviously didn't check his work upon finishing recall. Service manager took responsibility and I asked to please put a different foreman on my repair and two days later after checking and tracing 42 wiring signals, determined that actuator was bad and ordered and repair seems adjudicated with a $2273 final cost to repair that service manager waived due to whatever happened during the recall repairs/adjustments.

Sales rep was great, love the car except we got a key fob that didn’t work. We didn’t think much of it at the time, thought we would just get a new battery. Well in 3 weeks we have been through 12 batteries.**Changed my rating after they made it right and got us a new key fob. Thank you.
