Had a great experience with my Sales associate Rudy this past month but manager mario is so rude and unprofessional! Talks to customers in a very condescending way and ultimately led us to purchase somewhere else. Happened to notice that this is not the first time someone has made a bad review pertaining to this manager. Clearly nothing has been done. I would have 100% made my purchase here if I did not have this experience.

The sales staff was amazing ! Alejandro Bravo was really patient and sweet in terms of dealing with our queries. We got the car we wanted. The manager of this showroom is pretty amazing too!

I went here and was helped by Seth. He was absolutely AMAZING. Extremely helpful, nice, funny, and knowledgeable. He really helped me feel comfortable with my purchase and gave me fair pricing! Highly recommend!

They've had my car for 9 weeks! I call once each week to check on the progress of my car, where they put me on hold and never pick back up, or pass me to a voicemail for which I've never received a call back. All emails and texts also go completely unanswered. Worst service I've ever experienced.

They have had my car for 9 weeks! They have provided no updates. I call and am placed on perpetual hold, or sent to a voicemail that is never returned. No response to email or text messages via their service app. Worst service ever.

Do not bring your car here for the service department unless you want them to keep it for almost 4 weeks, without communicating to you what’s going on unless you call a million times. They say they’ll call you back and they never do. They say they’re working on the car and they never are (I can see the status of the car on the Hyundai app). When I brought my car in for a computer error I was told by two separate employees that it would be a week max, and I wouldn’t be offered a rental car, as it’s not a mechanical issue with my car (we were later told by someone else I’m not getting a rental car since my car was purchased at a different Hyundai dealership). After calling a week and a half later we were told those people were actually wrong and it would actually be 10-14 days from drop off. Okay, great. 3 weeks later, it’s finally fixed! But there’s a quick recall that also needs to be done, but “don’t worry, we will get to it first thing Monday morning!” Monday evening comes around, still no call from Hyundai. We call and are told that the one employee they have that’s capable of doing the recall had to leave early… so sorry it’s not done yet. FINALLY, after speaking with the manager, it is done on Tuesday evening. For almost 4 weeks I had to find other transportation and was given two completely different reasons as to why no courtesy car was offered. There is NO COMMUNICATION between the employees here, and you can’t trust anything you’re told. Next time I will be making the drive to the Ocala dealership to get my car serviced.

Very pleased with the high standard of customer service, support and understanding that our salesman Rudy used while working with my wife Kimberly and myself during our purchase of the 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz. The Management was helpful also. Our finance manager was amazing also. Overall we felt very well taken care of.

I brought my Hyundai in for service so the technician could install a kit that was needed because of a recall. After the installation, I noticed a clanking sound when I was driving on the highway. I brought my car back and I was told that the technician “forgot to plug in the kit” and that was the cause of the sound. A few weeks later, driving on the highway, I heard the same sound. I tried calling the service department five different times over the next two weeks to try and schedule an appointment. I was placed on hold for an average of five minutes each time and was never able to get a hold of a service representative. I was told by the receptionist every single time that I called “Sorry, we are just very busy right now“. I ended up just bringing in my car without an appointment because I could never get a hold of anyone to make an appointment to fix the clanking sound that should’ve been addressed two service appointments ago. After a day and a half my car was still not seen by a technician so I picked up my car and left without having anyone fix the problem which was due to technician error in the first place. I will now be taking my car to another automotive shop and pay someone to fix this problem. I will never be going to Parks of Hyundai again. Should there be another recall, I will drive to Ocala or Lake City or whatever the nearest Hyundai dealership is just to avoid the poor service I have experienced repeatedly at Parks. On the answering machine, which unfortunately, I have become all to familiar listening to, it says “award-winning service“. I’m still trying to figure out what for.

I came in to get a radio unit installed at 8 am and was told the service would take 2 hours to complete, which I was fine with. But I was then told that the radio unit wasn’t the issue with my car and they would have to order another part so I had to sit up there for another 3 hours just for them to put my car back together! I did not leave until 1:45 pm. When they brought my car back out to me I noticed it had not been washed like they promised, so I let the advisor Carla know and she went back and told the technicians. I stood outside another 15 minutes waiting for them to come get my car so that they could wash it and no one ever came so I went back inside and got my keys and left. Very slow service and a lot of miscommunication.

A Service Review - had my car for five weeks for an A/C warranty repair. Received (and didn’t verify) incorrect part twice, which delayed completion of service. Picked up my vehicle with no floor protection, door scratches, everything from glove box dumped on floor and residue covering my dash. Also, the key fob sensor was improperly connected, so it didn’t work upon pickup and had to reiterate that it didn’t work before they actually fixed it. Communication was poor and worst of all, the same issue has returned 2 weeks later - the problem was never truly fixed.

They called me to schedule app for a recall for my Palisade tow Hitch we ask them to please do oil change as well. Waited 2.5 hours and the recall didn’t fix the issue at all I cannot attach a trailer with working taillights. When we ask about oil change the service lady forgot to add the oil change to the ticket So I would have had to wait for them to attempt to service my vehicle. Worst place.

I recently visited the Huyndai Dealership in Gainesville with the intention of purchasing a Tucson 2023. Initially, our experience with the salesman was pleasant and he was friendly and accommodating. However, our encounter with the manager, Mario Lutchman, left us deeply disappointed.After two weeks, my husband returned from his trip and we went back to seriously test drive the car and finalize the purchase since I am 33 weeks of pregnancy. To our surprise, they presented us with a pre-owned car at a lower price. We were considering whether to opt for the pre-owned vehicle or a new one, and inquired about any additional options or features we could include if we decided to go with the price quote provided.Unfortunately, when the manager, Mario Lutchman, joined the discussion, his demeanor completely changed. He became incredibly rude and disrespectful. Without giving us a chance to fully express our intentions or concerns, he abruptly ripped up the quote and told us not to bother coming back if we weren’t going to make a purchase. It was an utterly shocking and unwarranted response, especially considering that we had every intention of buying the car.The way we were treated by Mario Lutchman was unprofessional and unacceptable. His rude behavior and lack of respect for potential customers is not something I would expect from a reputable dealership. It left us feeling disappointed and disheartened, and we ultimately decided to take our business elsewhere.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the Huyndai Dealership in Gainesville, urging them to address the issues with their manager’s behavior towards customers.
