They're very friendly and efficient but will try to scam you. They recommended that I replace several parts that are less than 6 months old and have only 7,000 miles on them to the tune of 1300 dollars. I have receipt of all the work that were trying to do again.. That is so dishonest and sleazy. I will continue to get my free tire rotations but NEVER use them for repairs or purchase anything from them EVER! What happened to integrity?

Went in for brake pads and Erick and his crew was on point and got my brakes down in no time. Will definitely be back to this location. Their attitudes was great and friendly.

Botched repair on an engine leak. Car broke down leaking more oil two days after completed repair. For $1400, I expect better.

If you have a whole day to wait for an oil change then sure, go here. I waited too long and nobody seemed to notice my car hadn't been serviced. Ridiculous.

Experience 2: I appreciate the service Pep Boys has provided me. I brought my Ford in for a tire repair and oil change this past Saturday. I was surprised to learn my tires have aged out and need to be replaced due to dry rot. While I didn’t have the money needed to do all 4 tires at that moment in time, I looked carefully at them and they are showing some sign of age, and this condition makes sense after my research given the low amount of miles driven on the car in its 6 year lifespan and the tires likely being originals from 2017. Perhaps the condition of the tires is marginal for needing replacement but I will be avoiding the freeway, avoiding speeds above 45mph and focusing on coming up with the money and getting back In to have the tires replaced as dry rot is actually dangerous. It shouldn’t be messed with as a blow out on highway can kill.Experience 1: Jamie at the front desk was very nice. They were just barely able to fit us in but we got what we needed taken care of at decent price and I recommend them

Excellent service! I made an appointment online the night before and was seen right away. I was missing my wheel lock and had to go home and retrieve it - but the Pep Boys crew still was able to see me that same day and was really quick and professional about it. Papi is an awesome dude and should get a raise in pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i came in with a specific list of issues with my car and instead of looking for the obvious issues they sought out the most expensive ones. took my car to a different mechanic/shop and was quoted $800 cheaper than what pepboys told me and all the noted issues were resolved. will never take my car to pepboys again because that was ridiculous

We were stranded on I-75 near Gainesville Florida late on a Saturday afternoon in need of replacement tires for our RV. Fortunately, the Pep Boys near the interstate was open. They treated us like royalty, and had us on our way in about an hour, even staying past their posted closing time! Fantastic service.

The timeliness of when the vehicle was completed and finally being able to get in my vehicle and head to my destination was the only issue. Everything else from customer service to the work itself was satisfactory. I am very appreciative for them being able to fix the issue the same day.

The service advisors Travis and Jaime are great. Can’t say the same about the manager Erick. He treats the employees with complete disrespect in front of customers. When I called out his rudeness he turned his aggression on me. He completely disrespected me by calling me names and raising his voice at me along with telling me that I was no longer allowed to come to “His” store. Then he continued by disrespecting my wife calling her names.Please stay away from this store as long as Erick is the manager. There is a reason why there are so many poor reviews of this store based on the manager’s behavior.I hope the corporate office makes a change quickly before they have a legal problem in their hands based on the way Erick treats his employees and customers. He is a complete bully with no professionalism or class. He deserves zero stars for a review.

I went in for an engine and waited a whole month to receive my car back. Not only this, but after driving only maybe 100 miles smoke is coming from under the hood. I tried to call but was talked to rudely by the manager. I'd rather the car to breakdown for good than to deal with these people.
