I vaccinated my puppy through Petco Vaccination Clinic. It was cheaper and easier. You make an appointment online. The staff is very friendly and kind. There is little or no waiting. They are very fast and thorough. I will always come back.

We love Malea as a Groomer! She gave our dog Lucky the best bath and shedding treatment! She is patient and thorough and kept us up to date with how he did the whole time! We can't wait to go back!

Nothing special about this location. We stopped there on our way out of Tampa to avoid the hurricane. They had all of the supplies that we needed to proceed out of the state. If you are on I-75 and need to get pet supplies then you will be happy that it is right off of the interstate. You can get in and out quickly allowing you to get back on the road. Nothing really set this location apart from other pet supplies so I gave it a strong 3 star establishment.

If your pet has a pre-existing health condition that deems the cat "unhealthy" and they will not vaccinate. Website doesn't warn you. I got turned away upon entry (30 mts away). They do not have office hours, so if you have a question you can't reach them to ask (only petco employees). Other than that, they seemed to care about pets, and was able to check out my cats mouth & give good advice, however, i did have to ask.

I love petco grooming, and so does my dog, Dixie! Stacie is the best and great with my girl. She is caring, very knowledgeable, and eager to help. It was easy to book through the app, well priced, and my dog actually smells good for once!

Site says they microchip but when you call to get q price they can't give it to you and have you call their vet they go through who then tells you they don't microchip in the state of FL

Update: a different store employee came out and said the groomer still isn't here, and then closed the door. Don't make your hours 8am, and offer early morning appointments if you can't open your store. Made a grooming appointment multiple days ago, and there is no one here. Lights are off, door is locked, and no one answered the phone. Won't be coming back.

Would never recommend this store to anyone! I worked for petco in the past (for 2 years) and never in my life have I seen worse customer service! Williams is rude and isn't afraid to throw his hands up on you. Along with kevan the manager making sure the fake smiles and help are well known to being fake. Never once have I had a problem buying my dog 200$ + every week to two weeks on supplies and extras. I love the rewards program but there is a better one with petsmart, oh did I mention petsmart doesn't have dirty looks at the door! Sad for petco knowing a major regular won't be coming to the store but good for petsmart and there amazing prices! Petsmart not only has better prices for literally the same product but by far the best customer service and they care about your pets!

Literally the worst ever. Every single person in there gave each of my friends an attitude on separate occasions. The one scraggly looking dude was super awful. Won’t go back 10/10 they suck butt
