I wanted to leave a review outlining my experience at this location. Unfortunately I did not get everyone’s names that helped us.
Last week on 3/9 I came across two lost dogs on my way home from running errands. I called into Petco to find out if they had a scanner to find out if the dogs were chipped. The girl on the phone was extremely helpful and kind. We actually ran into her while we were in the store.
Lauren in the dog grooming area was able to find a chip on one dog and helped us with obtaining the information to find the owners.
The cashier that checked us out was very sweet and helpful. Even put the collar on the dog for us.
With the help of everyone at Petco we were able to find the owners and get the dogs home.
I hope that leaving the date we came in can help pinpoint the employees names we did not get so they can be praised for their amazing customer service.
Thank you to everyone for caring about two lost dogs and aiding in getting them home!!

Stacie groomed my Pyrenees poodle mix and did an AMAZING job!! She pays attention to detail and was quick without sacrificing the final product.

I have been going to this Petco for years and there is a reason I keep coming back. Everyone is so nice and helpful, and my dogs are treated like little celebrities since they’ve gotten groomed there for so long. I have the rewards program and it pays for itself every month without fail! I would highly recommend this Petco for any of your pet needs.

First experience with this location setting up a beta tank for work office. Kaitlyn, Maya and Jen were so knowledgeable, helpful and courteous! The pricing here is a little high but the staff make it worth the trip!

Unacceptable, being a Saturday with not one associate to be on post and have the clients search for one and not being able to find one is unprofessional. Went down the street to PetSmart for our fish where we did get help
