Took my 5 month old puppy to get groomed here. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. paid the bill and didn’t make a scene but BEWARE. i told them i didn’t want her shaved - they shaved her entire body, it’s sloppy too. all different lengths. i told them i didn’t want the inbetween of her eyes shaved - they shaved inbetween her eyes. told them i wanted her muzzle rounded - shaved her whole muzzle. clearly just lazy and sloppy work due to the fact she’s squirmy because again, she’s a 5 month old puppy. the staff was also incredibly rude and did NOT inform me that she LOST A TOOTH while in their care. The archer location was wonderful with her last time so i’d recommend going there. literally booked here on accident and will never be back. they also forgot to give me back her collar and told me if i wasn’t there by 5pm (told them i could be there by 5:10) id have to come back the next day. didn’t even bother and bought a new one to avoid the staff. my dog looks like your childhood teddy bear. and not in a good way

Petsmart on 16th has just refused to groom my dog because of her age and a heart murmur, which btw is WITHIN the acceptable limit/rate stablished by petsmart itself and with a document from vet saying it was absolutely fine. The list of excuses varied from: “your dog hasnt been here in a while; she is too big (she is 20 lbs), then too old, then the heart issue and then finally “my groomers don't feel comfortable grooming your dog bc of age and heart and she will not be scheduled here”. An important detail she has been groomed there SEVERAL times and at archer branch too. Petsmart has lost a loyal customer after 20 yrs. So disappointed.

Got to Pet Smart at 7:50 too young adults, I did not get their names close the door. I ordered the food online for me to pick up. I have three dogs at home. I bought two big bags of dog food and was told to come back tomorrow. I wanna know why do you lock the door so early after I made my online payment and paid $182 for dog food. This is the worst store going forward. I will not order from Pet Smart. I will order from chewy

We do grooming for our short-haired medium-sized dog here, and they are lovely. We've had Jasmine twice, and she does a great job and is cognizant of our dog's fear and sensitivity to sounds. Our dog is always happy to come in and see the staff.

Jasmine is awesome! The PetSmart in Ocala scared Honey and they wouldn’t groom her. Jasmine takes her time, and makes Honey feel so relaxed.
