Was having a bad day at work! Lost my license, my debit card and and my work ID! PNC is my bank and the one PNC on 13th St. is able to replace your debit card at that location! I had walked in and was greeted by an employee and she was so sweet! And very good with small talk we had a nice little conversation about the holidays. I had bills coming out on my old debit card so I really needed to get that one replaced as soon as possible. That’s when Chantel M Williams the assistant manager over there at PNC came out, greeted me with a smile, and I walked back into her office. We also had a very nice conversation and she was so helpful and very understanding to my situation and I received my debit card very quickly! She also explained a few other things that I did not know about mortgages and other things they could do for me! I’m writing this because I’m so appreciative because I know they deal with a lot of people all day and it’s pretty cool that everybody there is smiling, knowledgeable and obviously they’re gonna help you with your problem! Thank you so much Chantel and I will be talking to you soon.. so if you’re looking for a new bank, I definitely recommend PNC on 13th St. very helpful very knowledgeable and very awesome!

Horrible customer service. Came in for new bank card, which I called ahead for. This man literally standing next to me doing NOTHING says oh I can't help you, I'm in the lobby today. Customer service would see your fault and correct it. I made an appointment to get a new bank card due to lack of experience when calling in. Now I need new bank card, they just have to print one and this guy JASON stading next to me playing on his laptop, where he could help not only me but his fellow coworkers by helping . But he sure is ready to list excuse after excuse why he can't CHOOSES not to help. PNC customer service is lacking! Radiant bank would never! I guess I'll close out my account here and stick with radiant. I'm at work and don't have time to stand around next to an employee who is more than able to print a new card!
Update:
JASON standing next to me proceeds to show his coworkers my review. So he is so busy but has time to check this review about him and his lack of customer service or maybe life experience. I find that extremely unprofessional on top of his poor attitude and poor customer service. Maybe he shouldn't be "working the lobby" which seems to be a customer service role. Do better

I recently switched to this bank and set everything up online. I must say the customer service is the worst. The first time I came inside, there were no other customers inside and both tellers quite literally ignored me until they were finished with whatever they were doing. Not even a “hi we will be with you in a moment”. The second time, today I came to the drive thru that stated “open”, I sat there for about 15 minutes, ran the “call” button three times, nobody ever came on the speaker. I finally gave up and went to the ATM where I had to do two separate withdrawal due to the amount I wanted to withdrawal.

The fees are ridiculous they have too many branches that have too many different services they should be consolidating instead of individual drive to different branches for different things at this particular Branch I was serviced by a gentleman named Tim he's condescending sadly he's the manager of the branch go to a different branch unless you need your debit card replaced this is the only branch.

Bank has to many fees and over charges. They even charge for cashing a check.Tellers also poorly take care of their customers. They’re more interested in taking care of the people in the drive-through than they are taking care of the people in the bank.

Staff was friendly and helpful, they did all they could to resolve my issue. My issue was with the merge of my credit card service. due to poor online and phone customer service I closed my account. But would recommend visiting this branch.

Walked in and there were four employees. I was told to wait until the one employee was done with the drive through. So essentially there were three employees just standing around and not doing anything and I was the only customer in the bank(besides 1 drive thru car) Asked for a cashiers check and they said it was $10… at Publix its three. The teller gave me attitude about how its « actually PNC’s money » and was just rude in general. I ended up getting personal checks instead and the whole thing took about 15 mins.
