Right away I felt welcome and taken care of. The atmosphere was clean and decorated nicely. The owner was super friendly and did a great job with dip on my natural nails. Pedicure was great too. I highly recommend this place for a great job and excellent customer service

A great place to have a great pedicure! Price was good, and the therapist was professional! One of the better-reviewed nail salons! The staff can speak a good amount of English and are also friendly. I would definitely recommend and I would come back to do a manicure and pedicure!Services: Foot massages

Mother's day weekend, I bring my 6 yr old daughter to get pedis, and a mani for her. The woman says yes, they can take us. We sit to wait. Another two women come in, no appointments, demanding they have no time to wait.They sit my daughter and I for pedis and start mine. Instead of the next available person starting my daughter, who also was getting a mani, they take pushy woman. My daughter sits, her water gets cold, they take other walk ins.I tell them to not even polish my nails , please just do my daughters toes. I go to pay, relay this whole experience of cold water, my daughter who is a paying customer being over looked due to age, not even getting my nails done and skipping a mani as they are not getting business from us any more, and the woman didn't care at all.we tip and leave.My daughter shows me they cut her toes while giving the pedi!Are there negative stars to give for this place?

You need a pedicure or manicure? This place is tops. I only go on there once a month to have my toenails trimmed ( flexibility issues ) and I get great service.

I use to come here a lot growing up and never once complained about a pedicure each time I've came here. I only get pedicures for numerous reasons. However, the past couple of times I have come here for a pedicure, was very disappointing. I would not recommend the woman/wife to do the pedicures, but the guy in the Hawaiian top who is very nice and social, because he is way better at it. This place is not bad. It is very clean, quiet, reasonable prices, etc. I like it here a lot. I just hate the fact that my feet are not getting the pedicure they deserve. I've come here twice since 2021. Once in January and once in late April. When I went in January, I had the woman do my feet. She barely grazed my feet with the callus remover, made my toes crooked, and did not use much pressure when massaging my feet. She also used a USED nail filer to file my feet the first time this year. I did not want to say anything to make a scene, just prayed I wouldn't catch anything. My toes not even a day later chipped. I was upset. I came back again in late April, because I was closer to them, and other place I liked going to was booked for the day. My toes were chipped from my 3 days of walking from Walt Disney World, and my calluses were disgusting. The man greeted me at the door, said to pick a color, guided me to my seat, said "I'll be right back." And then he pointed at me to his wife/female co-worker who did my toes in January. I sighed, knowing I'd be disappointed again. This time, she barely glided the callus grater on my feet, but this time, she only did it for maybe 10 seconds a foot, with little to no pressure. Then, she pulled out a magazine to wipe the callus dirt residue off, and she slammed it on the ground next to my seat, and it got EVERYWHERE. My pedicure nail polish came off 2 days later. To conclude this, I recommend this place IF THE MAN was in charge of your pedicure. He does not use used tools like the woman/wife does. If you want to waste $25 on someone who will not live up to the value, go for the woman.Service: Pedicure

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Really wish I read these reviews before I went there. When I first got there I stood at the counter for about 5mins bc someone came out. The owner (older Chinese man) was so rude from the beginning. I came in he was rushing me to decide wat I wanted.(as if somebody else was in there) So I want him to paint my French tips bc I wanted them oval and not so thick. He tells me the white tips are better so now he can't change the shape so I said whatever. Then he gets to shaping one nail oval. I told him no that's not what I asked for. He threw my hand and start yelling "Did u not tell me Oval did you not tell me oval" I kept trying to explain to him but he kept yelling saying that's what I asked for. So I asked can he just make it coffins he says "I can but I don't want to, you don't know what you doing so u can leave" so I gladly got up and left. So damn rude !!!
