Cynthia at the deli was incredibly rude and lazy. Ordered online 2 hot toasted sandwiches which when I arrived to pick up (4 minutes after the pickup window) they were cold in the refrigerator section of the pickup. Was given a hard time about the sandwich and when another employee told her to remake it she just reheated it. If you dont want to do your job quit?

Yea this Publix is a bad representation of the Publix brand throw the whole store away. I rather drive 30 mins out of my way to get quality food & service from a Publix with employees that actually put more effort towards their job. The deli never has any fresh tenders or food in general, soda machine is always flat. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Publix and this is not my first time dealing with this cause the location was convenient.

Looks like they had my last review deleted... But, it is important that you know that this is the worst publix around. The deli is famous for closing early, making the sloppiness and grossest sandwiches (read the other reviews). The bakery screws up everything as well... Not to mention, it is always packed with geezers wandering around the aisles aimlessly.
Even if you live in Arbor Greens, behind this location, you should drive to another... They have some rude old cat-ladies working as cashiers who are very unhappy and especially hate men. Some of the other cashiers are nice, but the couple of rotten ones ruin the bunch.

I didn't care for this Publix really. A lot of the people working there are not as nice and helpful as the other Publix s I have been to it is very small the layout is not convenient at all and parking is not so convenient either
