Terrible service at this deli. I stood and waited over ten minutes before any of the three associates behind the counter even acknowledged me waiting. Then, the pricing was incorrect on my items and I had a difficult time getting the associate who had helped me to understand the issue. Then, at self check out, I requested assistance from an associate, and no one came to help. Very frustrating experience overall, and definitely not the level of service that I pay for by shopping at Publix.

As I am disabled I depend on Instacart.
I have no choice which Publix will be utilized. This Publix is a complete disgrace. Always out of stock, deli constantly mixed up my order.

Three Sundays ago, I was in line at reguster 9 behind the customer service desk. I was met by Manager Connor and an older white lady on the register.
As I was looking for my debit card, which nearly took under a minute, Manager Connor asked me to step out of line to be processed at another register.
I asked him as to why, which, by the way, I had just found my card while he was asking me to move. He tells me I thought you wanted to
IT TOOK ME LESS THAN A MINUTE TO FIND MY CARD.
I have came in this store numerous times and as I asked him did he not have enough patience to wait for me to find my money to purchase my items?
How come I waited patiently for my turn without urgency in line just to be rushed? Not to mention I have two special needs children who accompanied me that evening and I am medically needy as well where I am visionary impaired.
I stood my ground and let him knew you will wait for me and that I would no longer be a custom at this location.
I am a valued customer and you will never get my business again.
There were several self check outs, clearly I needed help. If those other customers were in a rush, they could have helped themselves. To a self check out register.
It really sucks how impatient and nonchalant people can be. I just wanted to pay for my things and leave. And there are cameras to refer back to this incident. I was humiliated because I wanted to look for my card which only took a few seconds. .
Shame. I pray that Manager Connor learns from this and tp not bully or rush disabled customers or anyone for that matter when they come in a line. This store had put a bad taste in my mouth. Surely I won't recommend this to location to anyone else.

Denise R the office staff is very rude and annoyed that I was trying to get check out at the desk. Lady started slamming my groceries and was annoyed I didn’t aim my barcodes at her and that she had to turn my items around

Nice, clean, and friendly staff, but the store literally sits on the street with fairly high traffic. The handicap parking is basically first come, first choice, handicap or not. I watched a non-handicap person who was parking in a handicap parking space who had to get in her through the passenger door because someone parked so close to her that she couldn't get in her driver door. I think it's called Karma.
