Decent store. Cashiers are always friendly. The biggest downside is the deli, especially ordering online. The service is always slow at the counter, and the online service never has the food ready as promised. Very disappointed.

Absolutely disgusted with this Publix. We stopped in Saturday before noon for the famous Pub subs on our way out of town. We waited in line with one person in front of us for 15 minutes to start our order. We ordered two of the French onion subs that are intended to be hot, requested them toasted, and received them both with cold meat and barely melted cheese. This made my pregnant wife physically unable to eat her sub. We got popcorn chicken from their warming shelves for our toddlers and we're surprised that they could lower the bar further as we found this (pictured) half way down the container. A chicken wing, feathers still on. Thank God we hand pieces back to our kids as we were able to stop them attempting to eat this piece. Fuming, my crying wife just wanted to be done with this store and chain as we've always loved Publix on the north side of town, this comes as a further blow. Decades of ordering chicken in and out of this country and I've never seen a store sell a fried piece with parts of feathers still attached; much less as a piece of popcorn chicken. I don't care how busy a store is, this is absolutely unacceptable; this store has destroyed my trust and failed my family. We were patient, polite, and this is what we received.

I would give zero stars if I could, I used to love this location when I lived across from it. Well I'm not local anymore and this place has gone super down hill. I've given several chances just in case it was just bad timing on my part but it's just boiling down to the employees or managers not giving a shit anymore. The pharmacist that I dealt with was rude and judgemental because of the medication I'm PRESCRIBED and refused to even serve me. I live over 45 mins from the nearest Publix so when I do a deli order for pickup (an hour in advance) and get to the store to find out the order hasn't even been started and it's 20 mins passed the scheduled pick up time it's pretty aggravating. This has happened twice in the last month and a half. Do we get a phone call at least?? Hell no. I over heard an employee telling a manager they tried to call the customers to inform them they were out of bread and offer other options and it wasn't the case. If you have shopping needs go to any other Publix or store than this one.

We ordered a cake for my son’s birthday. They clearly didn’t put effort into decorating it. Also, the buttercream frosting that we asked for ended up being whipped cream. Definitely not worth the $40.

It's clean, quiet and easy to navigate through to get to anything that was on my list. Quickly my hands got full because I was not expecting to see everything on my list and when I went to grab a gallon of milk one of the associates assisted without me even having to ask. It was such a small and kind gesture and was very helpful. I did not get the young man's name but I do appreciate him helping.

Our favorite place to grocery shop. Wide selection. blBuy One Get One free weekly sales. High quality fruits and vegetables, Great selection of specialty cheeses. Bakery section is always calling to us, delicious!
