I used to come here every Wednesday to grab sushi and do my shopping. Today there were only California rolls in the sushi case. Completely full of just California rolls. When I asked if she was making anything else, she said no, because everything else costs more, and they lose money on making anything else on sushi day. What's the point of offering a deal if you only offer cheap fake Krab California rolls? :( I'm incredibly disappointed that I wasted my lunch break today trying to find something else in the store. I understand that inflation is getting bad and food costs more, but they also make money on the other days of the week when people like me get hooked on the sushi that's easy to grab. Sometimes I buy sushi here a couple times a week but now unfortunately I won't be back to spend my money on the sushi.

Actually, this Publix has a lot more vegan and vegetarian options with new items all the time. Some are completely plant based and some with eggs and / or dairy. They carry the egg substitute JUST and have a huge variety of snack and chips that are completely vegan. No ww or white flour. There's a fairly good stock of cold vegan cheeses and sandwich fixings in the produce dept. Also, in the frozen section, there's vegan breakfast and dinner foods. I never leave the store without a full basket of vegan foods. Also, they are offering a vegan sub!!!

It’s okay for a Publix but almost a complete dead zone with T-Mobile. Can’t make calls and anything more than a simple text message takes forever to go through.

Absolutely the worst Publix in Gainesville, maybe anywhere in our region. Need something today? Don't go here. 9 times out of 10 they won't have it. How Publix allows this store to be so grossly mis-stocked is beyond me. And its not just isolated incidents or "sale items", it is everything from milk, to bread, to pre-packaged foods. I've been a Publix shopper for the better part of 45 years and for the majority of those years and at the various locations I have shopped, it HAS been "a pleasure." Not with this abomination of a store.

As usual the treatment of the customer here is exceptional when you ask for something they don't just tell you or try this or try that they actually take you to the aisle and they always have a smile on their face and they're always very friendly. This particularly public is not my Publix but it has sushi bar and it has several other things that other publixes don't have so it is one of the best that I seen in the area.

One of the worst stocked Public there is. The isles look like there was a hurricane on the horizon. I love Publix but unfortunately this one is subpar. Even though this store is closest to my home, I travel to Archer Rd...for a much better experience!! Management needs to be trained!!!

Love this store. Always clean. Helpful staff. Pristine meat and high quality groceries. My only complaint - the pharmacy hours are terrible.

I love the Publix subs but it's hardly worth going in there for one anymore. The wait is about 10 minutes per person standing in line because they prioritize online orders above those standing there waiting. Employees who are manning other stations without customers just stand there instead of helping where needed to expedite the wait time. Absolutely abhorrent workflow and just a negative experience every time I go in. Customer experience is circling the drain at this Publix, will start going to another.

Clean, large and staff are helpful. Needs more of a variety of products though, too many big name brands, nothing local and unique.

I’m a pharmacist and I am in disbelief that a refill I requested over 24 hours ago had not even been started when I arrived today. To be told to wait 20 minutes when I gave them more than a full day is unacceptable and unprofessional. There was no one in line and no reason for the delay. There was also no apology or sense of responsibility. I would be embarrassed if a pharmacy I worked in practiced like this. Take your prescriptions and your health somewhere else.
