The staff here was very friendly, the facility was clean, but Quest’s policy to not accept anything but a paper doctor’s note is extremely frustrating.

Jorge went above and beyond. My provider ordered the wrong test, and he spent extra time with them on the phone, making sure they had it right, so I wouldn't have to drive another hour to come back. He was professional, friendly, and had a great attitude. I never go to any other location - this one is the best!

Horrible experience…. Bad attitudes they overlook the people that don’t have appointments after saying they will see them ….came in for a drug test for work and they constantly was calling names of people who wasn’t even on the list and wasn’t even at the location ! Walk ins are treated like garbage !

The phlebotomist, Maya, was fantastic! I have small veins due to EDS and medical trauma from years of painful bloodwork, large bruising, and bursted veins from phlebotomists who don't believe I need a butterfly needle when I ask for it. Maya did the butterfly needle and has the easiest stick I have ever had. It was painless and left minimal bruising. I have never been so happy with bloodwork, thank you Maya!
