Employee Nya went above and beyond on her compassion and care today. Y'all are lucky to have her. Jorge was highly skilled at drawing blood. Very impressed today. Well played.

CJ was phenomenal. I was flustered because I didn't realize I needed an appointment for a drug test for my new job, and even though it was near close, she stopped me from leaving and, out of the goodness of her heart, took me back to let me do the test. She was very kind and I am so appreciative of her extra effort for my sake, even despite my own blunders. Thank you, CJ! I will always remember you!

The worst experience , I had blood drawn and the bandage was not applied correctly afterwards and I noticed blood running down` my arm , my wife was quick to stop it.

The check-in kiosk process was quick & easy for my husband. Blood work drawn within 13 minutes of him checking in. Lab tech possessed excellent phlebotomy skills. This Quest facility is located inside the Walmart with its own quiet & clean office. Highly recommend.

Didn’t care for the way the technician spoke to me and my wife. She has an anxiety disorder in that I help her through. I have been back numerous times, and most likely wouldn’t have even spoken. However when we went to explain that we were met with a very rude “I just need the patient” two times in a row without letting us speak. Honestly even if the result had still be that I wasn’t to be back there for whatever reason that would have been fine, however the short nature she had on a Monday morning when it was dead l, was absolutely ludicrous. Do better.

Horrible horrible horrible experience every single time I have the misfortune of having to come here. Staff consistently rude, unhelpful, and genuinely obstructive to patient care. It feels as if from the moment you walk in the staff search desperately for reasons to turn patients away and not service them. I've never felt so strongly negative about a place than i have about this particular quest diagnostics. I enter this establishment with the expectation that I will be disappointed and treated with disrespect but somehow still every time my experience is worse than my expectations.

I had a great experience at Quest this morning. Tiffany drew my blood and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient.

Wasted 30 bucks to Uber to this place that supposedly only takes walk ins, only to hear that they don't take walk ins today.. Terrific

Amazing staff, super clean, and efficient. The phlebotomist who stuck me was incredible. She was done in under a minute once she poked me. Keep in mind, like all Quest locations, you NEED to have an appointment. I had a 9:00AM, and I was out by 9:05AM (since I don't have a copay)

Absolutely rude the supposed supervisor is extremely rude and does not care about patients especially when children are present. I have already contacted corporate and will be forwarding them pictures and video of this atrocious so called manager.

Took time off work, waste gas driving to this location, sit in waiting room for over 30 minutes (because you cannot make appointments online or over the phone), then get told they don't do drug screenings on Saturdays for some reason and it's a new policy... This information was not posted on the website or anywhere in the office. The tech was nice about it but this is terrible service on Quest's end.
