This franchise(?) location just tried to charge me $160 to repair a 6mo old pair of heritage boots. They lied and said heritage boots come with 0 warranty. Didn’t sound right so I called redwing corporate # and corporate explained heritage boots come with a 1year warranty and my speed hook repair is covered by it. Also explained that $160 is more than they charge for a complete resole, a speed hook repair should take 5min and be $20.
This location is either crooked or incompetent, possibly both. Advise avoiding.

On the 06/29/30 I went to shop at the store Chris he helped me today very friendly, top-notch customer service amazing worker I strongly recommend him I witness his manager talking very negative way to his employees that’s not professional managers they need to learn how to talk to people on the positive way customers they don’t want to feel a negative energy

First time visiting a Red Wing shoe location, and I was blown away by the service. I needed a safety shoe, and they had a great selection of steel toe, composite toe, and aluminum toe shoes to choose from. They use a computer to measure your foot size, as well as how you step, your pressure points, and instep. They helped me find the right safety shoe and the right insert to ensure comfort. I definitely recommend visiting here for anyone needing safety shoes/boots.

Greeted upon arrival, was asked what I was looking for did the foot profile and found a pair of work shoes that fitted me perfectly along with insoles and socks. Nico was great!
