I was in for something that was on my dollar general digital app, which they didn't honor. It wouldn't have been a big deal if customer service was better. I dealt with shift supervisor name CHASE that had poor customer service skills.He made little to no eye contact and was writing the whole time I was talking to him. He was very unwilling to help or talk with me. I work in customer service so the way he acted frustrated me.Sometimes it all in the delivery, and people can have a better understanding. His delivery was poor, he gave off a I don't care attitude.
