I'm glad to hear the praise of Ric & his team. However, the only time we hear from his office via text is to pay our bill but never help finding ways of lowering it. Thank you for the Christmas card, but if you have a minute to see if ANY discounts you may have skipped or overlooked that may apply to us, and apply them would be awesome. I am fairly new to Florida and I was having a hard time figuring out what auto insurance coverages I needed here. I went in without an appointment and Ric and Sam were extremely patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions and gave examples to help me better understand everything. I really appreciated that and would absolutely recommend them.
