Came from Orlando to Gainesville for a specific bike. These guys are absolutely amazing and this is one of the best dealerships I’ve ever been to. Brigham, Jonathan, and Manny make you feel right at home and will try to work with you on anything and everything. They take their time answering any questions you have and make you feel like family, especially with the bell! Truly a 5 star experience and I will hopefully be back for my next bike. They did tons of stuff for me that I didn’t mention to make it a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Bought one of, if not the first 2024 Can-Am Defender XMR HD10 Silver and Red model. From Start to finish, these guys were honest, helpful and care about making relationships with their customers. I went in with an idea of what I was looking for, and Jake and Aaron ran me from A to Z with everything I had questions about. Picked out the model I wanted, they ordered it, then they took me to the accessories shop (in-house), I chose what I wanted to add to it. Signed papers and was out in 1.5 hours. Amazing people. If you have any doubt where to search for new or used Powersports, do yourself a favor and ask for Jake or Aaron.10/10

Really good experience purchasing my w800. Jake and the rest of the sales group were fantastic to work with.They answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. To be fair, this is only a rating related to their ability to service SeaDoos (the also sell and service side by sides and bikes).Absolutely 100% do NOT take your SeaDoo here for any type of service. If you are in the market for a new SeaDoo, steer clear of RideNow Gainesville unless you have access to experience service options elsewhere. I'd recommend buying another brand of ski if this is your only reasonable option for service.I dropped my two SeaDoos off for service (100 hour service, one ski throwing a maintenance code, and the other with a jammed IBR). I was told they were backed up so it would be 6 weeks for the work to be completed. No problem. Fast forward to January 6th when I finally ended my frustrating experience by picking up the skis that had been left out in the weather for the entire time and had zero service done to the at all. I called numerous times during this period and received promises and excuses including:- "We lost your paperwork but your in the que now."- "Your scheduled to go into the shop early next week"- "The mechanic working on the ski quit in the middle of repairs and we are attempting to figure out where he left off."- "The entire service staff is new and we'll get on it now"- "The mechanic says one of them needs a new battery to move forward."- "The mechanic wants to know if the ski has ever been submerged."- "We've repaired the IBR. There was a stick in it."The final straw was when the new Service Manager, Steven, told me that the ski would go into the shop on December 8th for service. Having not received any communication, I went to the shop on Jan. 6 to pick up the skis and take them to someone more reliable, honest, and straight forward. When I arrived, there was no new battery, no IBR repair, the internal engine compartments were thoroughly wet (I assume they have been filled with water most of this time), the exterior is faded, the seats are covered in mildew, and both tail lights on the trailer were broken. They promised to order new tail lights for me to pick up at the local trailer shop on their account, which they also failed to do. I have tried to contact ownership, but they hide behind their failed customer service. They exist only because they are the only option in Gainesville. It's one thing to be unattentive but it's completely unacceptable to be dishonest. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Palatka or Orlando where the service departments actually will service your ski.
