I stop by every once in a while, however, every time I find something I need or want, they don't always have whatever I'm searching for. The staff though is kind, though I prefer going to the one in Belleview and Ocala as they have better selections than this one.

I saw a rat scurry down one of the aisles today before hiding underneath the bottom shelving. I used to like going here for the cheaply priced cleaning products, but the rat did it for me. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. ??

This store needs to get shut down immediately or start over with new employees. The store is ALWAYS unorganized and never has all the items out on the shelf’s. When you call or ask in person if they have any items in stock in the back they refuse to go look even if they have the time to, they will tell you “What we have , is what we have.” The assistant manager is lazy and lacks customer service skills. All employees stay at the front registers with only one register open. I have to go to another store out of town just to get what I need and get better customer service. This review is to help future customers understand that this store is no good and if you can , to just go to another stores location for your needs!

Great and not all the employees. But since I'm going to buy and not ask anything, I don't care what they are. It didn't make my life sour with that.

It's like going to a flea market if you like that kind of thing. The female manager is too familiar and too casual with the customers. I personally like boundaries with customers and employees. It loses professionalism when certain boundaries are overstepped.

This store has always treated me well, and even been a true blessing quite recently for this coming Christmas. The employees are helpful, even though I've seen some bad ones, but overall they do a good job and keep a clean store for all of us to shop in and save money on the things we need or want. No one in the stores knows what customer service is you always have to stand in a really long line only one cashier do you ask someone to help out and open another register they say that's not my job probably won't ever shop here again

The store is beyond unprofessional and unorganized. So sad that it’s only one in the city.

The store has some good cheap products when you don’t want to go to a big box store, but the rude employees make you want to leave the store without purchasing anything. If they want to keep that store open it will be nice if the management give some customer service training to those employees in this location, specially the cashiers.
